The best of the best; I could not recommend more highly. I really love this placeβ I've earned back a ton of the functional strength I've lost in the last few yearsβ and would encourage anyone curious enough to read this review to take the free class and see what you think. It's a serious workout without an ounce of pressure to do anything beyond what's best for you, and that's pretty special.
I had never been one for workout classes, but I took the free class 5 months ago and was blown away by the quality of the workouts and equipment, and the good vibes. It's really not a place to be intimidated by; there are people of all fitness levels in every single session and everyone is just getting stronger and faster. It's a very fun and rewarding thing to be part of.

I love this gym! The staff are great ! I feel like Iβm really getting in shape and itβs so fun going . The coaches are enthusiastic, encouraging, and always upbeat. Thereβs plenty of space and a nice variety of workouts. The gym itself is clean and airy. Itβs easy to book classes online. I try to go three to four times a week. Just love it!

CARA!!! If Iβm in Boston again, this would be my go to spot because of the staff members this Tuesday morning at 6:15 and the first 2 members j met! You have to do street parking which was fine. There was plenty when I arrived 6:00 am.

Iβve been absolutely blown away from the Brighton location orange theory! The gym has always been intimidating for me and I tried a ton of other workout classes that felt competitive or unreachable. This Orange Theory has always made me feel welcomed and wanted, and I always feel great after working out here! The daily challenges are fun and you get to do something new everyday. The coaches are wonderful and supportive, and will push you to do your best. Shoutout to Coach Lydia, she is an incredible coach and I love her energy & vibes!!! Thank you so much, Orange Theory!

I loved OT in my initial days because generally I found workouts boring and OT made it interesting. But the worst part also is that for someone new to OT they dont give attention to correct mistakes in postures etc. Especially this issue grew after covid because they increased capacity and now its stuffed with so many people that one coach cannot give individual attention to each individual. Eventually I hurt myself in one of the workouts and finally when I tried to cancel my membership they made incredibly difficult. I lost 2 months of membership fees to get my membership cancelled which I would say summed up my experience!

I loved OT for the 2 months I was a member. All the instructors were great and made effort to help new members understand the workout. OT helped increase my endurance. Previously, I was unable to run 1 mile without stopping. Now, I can run 2 miles without stopping and it isn't even hard. I think OT made me stronger and it made me love workout classes.
However, there are a few things I think could be improved. A big reason I did not renew my membership was because the classes would fill up so quickly and fill where I couldn't even join a waitlist. For the amount of new members i'm sure were continuing to sign up, mixed with Covid capacity restrictions.. the classes would fill immediately. This is understandable.
What is not understandable is that unused classes cannot rollover to the next month. If I am unable to attend a class due to your studio reaching capacity, it is wrong for me to be charged/lose the pre-paid credit for that class without the option to use it later on.

OT pushes you really hard. They blast music and encourage you when you take that extra challenge during a really tough workout. For anyone who is competitive this workout would be the one for you. Your stats are posted on a big screen during the class so you can see how your effort matches up against everyone else. It definitely works!

Orangetheory Brighton is the best gym I've been to and it's not even close. Every member of the staff is friendly and helpful - they truly care about each member and helping them reach their goals.
The coaches are unlike any other I've worked with. I've never felt so motivated to work out as I do with every class I take at OTF Brighton. The coaches do an incredible job of keeping an upbeat, positive vibe to the class, while also making sure that everyone knows how to do each movement/rotation. I can't thank the OTF Team enough for how they've truly transformed my relationship with the gym!

I definitely love OT!! Love the ambiance and energy of the coaches who inspire you and incite you to not only do the workout but to take a mile further while doing it. I am not a fan of gyms because I do not know how to do routines all by myself reason why I love OT since you just have to show up and they already have the routines and great music to pump you up!

The only issue I have with OTF Brighton is that itβs really hit or miss if my HR monitor is going to work. Iβve tried βjumpingβ it with a charge and changing the battery but itβs still giving me issues even though itβs only 6 months old. Obviously this will not stop me from going altogether but it kind of defeats the purpose of staying in the orange zone when my HR monitor is malfunctioning half the time. Other than that no complaints!

This is by far the best workout I have ever done! I have been a memeber at CrossFit gyms as well as boutique HIIT/Strength gyms. Orangetheory gives me a total body workout that I am leaves me sore day after day, week after week, month after month. No two workouts are ever the same.
