Convenient, safe location.

3 star review is due to lockers issue.
The locker door pad lock doesn't turn. It's too tight. Thus, the lockers can't be locked even if guests bring their own combination locks. It doesn't make sense.

Facility is otherwise clean.

I love the workouts at OTF! The classes are always challenging and fun. The studio is very clean, and everyone wipes down the equipment after each use, which I really appreciate.

Coach Danielle is amazing, she’s always attentive and helps us with the exercises when needed. Daniel and Tracy at the front desk are also super friendly and welcoming.

Orange theory is simply the best workout experience I’ve ever had. I used to not care about my weight or health due to mental health just being horrible and bad experiences with coaches. Thanks to orange theory and the amazing coaches I do care about my health now. They helped me to harness exercises that I thought were impossible. Much love to orange theory Natick. Simply the best workout possible

Good mix of cardio and strength training. Also, you're pushed to put in your best effort, but you're only competing with yourself and can calibrate the workout to your personal capabilities, e.g. in terms of treadmill speed, weights, etc.

I joined OTF Natick back in November last year. I started with a free trial class and definitely my first class was very challenging and Coach Marissa was able to help me out in my first class. I initially took the elite package ( 8 classes per month ) with the aim of taking up two classes per week as I had a gym membership at another gym as well. I went for a couple of months and I really started enjoying the classes. I always felt all the coaches kept motivating me to keep pushing and I kept improving in every class. Once I was done with around 16 classes I thought of upgrading to the Unlimited classes package with the aim of going to at least three classes per week but I ended up going for at least five classes a week. I never thought I would be able to come this far when I started otf. The classes are planned in such a way that you never get bored and you are always challenged to give your best. Many a times I come to the class thinking I should take it light but the moment the class starts I feel motivated. So far I had attended all the classes like 2g, 3g, lift 45 and every class is so unique and helps you to focus on cardio as well as strength training. Currently I am doing the transformation challenge and I make it a point to stay consistent and I feel otf has really improved my endurance and strength in general and keeps me active throughout the day. Special mention to my coaches Sarah, Nikki, Marissa, Jam each and everyone is amazing and sometimes I feel it’s more like a dance class than a workout class . Our studio manager Nicole as well
as the folks in the front desk are so welcoming. I definitely recommend otf Natick to anyone who wants to add a healthy and a fun fitness journey into their daily routine.

This my favorite place for what I have coined Happy HIIT! The coaches are absolutely amazing and push you to be your best self. They have fun, the music is always amazing, and you feel like you have real support throughout your fitness journey. They celebrate everything with you from a new PR to your birthday. Coach Jam is absolutely the best! He is super upbeat and challenges you. And Coach Nikki's daily mantras are forever in my brain. Easily the best place to feel accomplished and supported in your health journey.

If you're looking for coaches who truly care about your success and are willing to put in the work to help you get there, look no further than Coach Jam and Coach SarahM at OrangeTheory Natick. They are absolute gems and I feel so lucky to have them as coaches and motivators. Run, don’t walk, to the Natick studio! I live closer to other studios but specifically go to Natick for Jam and SarahM’s classes. Thank you, Jam and SarahM, for all that you do!

I love orange theory! Especially this location. Very welcoming group and it’s a quick in and out workout. My favorite coach is Jam, I love his energy. However all the other coaches are amazing also!
Coach Lisa- she was the one who actually inspired me to sign up and pick orange theory. She made my first class easy and enjoyable. Both coaches Sarah are also amazing! If you haven’t tried orange theory I encourage you to at least try one free class!

The reception staff here are terrible and have really poor customer relationships. When I went and mentioned that the ipad on one of the treadmills wasn't working for me - they responded with "we know." When I asked well, I've paid for the heart monitor as a feedback loop for me during the class so now how will I know my stats on the treadmill? Nothing, they just looked blankly at me. It's clear that this is an issue with this particular studio as I have tried others and the customer service is awesome at the other studios. Because of this poor customer service at the reception, I switched studios. Sadly I will miss Kristin, she is a great coach.

I love the class format. Time flies by, and if you ever think about giving up, the trainer and supportive community working out with you provide all of the encouragement you need to power through to the end. Plus, it's different every day, making it difficult to get bored. I always leave with a sense of accomplishment.

If you haven't been in to try an introductory class, you absolutely need to. Worth every second of your time.

The community is solid, uplifting, supportive and encouraging. And it doesn't matter what your skill level is or where you are at within your personal physical fitness goals/journey. Every workout can be modified to make sure you are safe and getting the most out of it. No two days provide the same workout, so goodbye to boredom and the dreaded plateau.

I was a gym rat and dedicated many hours of my life to it for years. It use to take me at least 2-3 hours in the gym each day to feel the way I do after one 1hr class here. No joke. And it feels amazing to be part of a like minded community that keeps you accountable for your goals. Going back to the traditional gym life is just not going to happen for me and I couldnt be happier about that. 3 hours a week and I feel spectacular, motivated, and ready to concur my goals.

I joined OrangeTheory Fitness Natick in January 2018. Before joining OTF Natick I would go to local gyms and run on the treadmill for a 45 minutes and then leave. My treadmill runs consisted of running at the same pace and incline for 45 minutes. The thought of a Base, Push and All Out pace never crossed my mind. I was comfortable with this routine but I was also looking for a change. My sister was a member at OTF Natick and told me to check it out. Joining OTF Natick was the best decision I've made. I'm pushing myself harder on the treadmills than I ever imagined I could. Incorporating the rower and weight room into my workout is also a huge plus! The entire team at OTF Natick (Owners, Coaches, Studio Ambassadors) are incredible. I would highly recommend joining!!

I love this OTF studio! The staff is all so friendly and personable, and the coaches are real fitness gurus who know us individually and help us set and meet goals. Coach Chantal is a real butt-kicker -- no one makes me work harder or motivates me more. Nikki has the best playlists and Ashley and Kristin are great for form and mechanics (and options). I have only met Katie a few times but she wore a corn costume on Halloween so I'm optimistic! Meghan, Jess, Amanda, Crystiana, Colin, and Alex always greet us by name and keep us up-to-date on studio events and referral promotions, and I love when they do the workouts with us -- it's proof that the employees believe in the product. I don't usually have trouble getting into the classes I want and in general I don't get wait listed too often (only weekend mornings). I only have a few critiques: 1) the studio is on the smaller side so some of the rowing stations seem a little cramped or back up to a protruding wall, and 2) the equipment is replaced regularly and well-maintained but recently, it seems a few treads are on the fritz and some of personal OTBeat screens are down. I have been to 20+ OTF studios nationwide but definitely love my home studio best because of the great coaches and staff.

I signed up for a trial class, and upon arrival was told that I needed to give the receptionist my car keys as "collateral" for the heart monitor used to display my heart rate on the screen, and at first I thought she was joking (turns out this was not a joke). I have her my keys begrudgingly. The class was ok, cardio intervals were challenging but the "weight work" was way too easy and emphasized speed. I have been lifting weights for years, and saw some seriously terrible form in the room that the instructor did not correct. After the class I went to the front desk to return the heart monitor and retrieve me keys. The girl looked at my like I had three heads, trying to figure out why I was at the desk, when I informed her she had the keys to my car. Needless to say, I never went back. The over enthusiastic sales team continued to text me with marketing ploys for TWO YEARS. Don't waste your money, turn over your car keys, or give anyone who works for this company your phone number.

My husband and I joined OTF Natick together and haven’t looked back! The workout is amazing and never the same. The owners, trainers, staff, and even the people you work out with, all contribute to a positive and motivating experience! It is truly a no judgement zone. Each work out is not only different but customized because you move at your pace. I see many posts about weight loss here. Weight loss is a great perk, but the real reward lies in achieving benchmark goals and improving them over time. Love this place!!!!!

I have been going to this location (it's my home location) for almost 2 years. Overall, the workouts are very good. However, the instructors and some staff play "favorites" with which clients they interact with and speak to before and after class. I attend classes 4 times per week and I see most of the instructors at least 1 or 2X per week, there's only one trainer that actually acknowledges me or says hello. I've been to OTFs in other states and they are MUCH friendlier.

I've been going to OTF since it opened in April and I am a fan of the workouts and the trainers. I'm a busy person so carving out an hour a day is a big deal for me, and these workouts never disappoint. Since the workouts are all geared towards achieving different levels of effort, tracked by your heart rate, that gives me something to focus on and strive for -- both during the session and over time. Since I started going, I'm a faster and more consistent runner, and cardiovascularly more fit -- it takes more effort to push myself into heart rate higher zones. That push and the fact that each work out is different keep it from becoming stale and routine. The trainers all manage the room extremely well, provide 1:1 coaching on form as needed and all seem to know the people in their classes.

Love it!! I finally found a class/gym that is perfect. Orange theory is a non Intimidating environment and the instructors are super helpful and enthusiastic. I love the way each class is a little different so I never get bored and the one hour workout flies by. I would highly recommend giving Orange theory in Natick a try.

No two workouts are the same! The coaches are great - they really push me beyond what I think I am capable of. The workouts are always really tough but thanks to how supportive everyone is, I manage to get through the workout feeling way better than I was before I walked into the studio. I now measure how awesome my week was depending on whether or not I manage to meet my workout goals for the week. OTF Natick rocks!

Me and my husband love OrangeTheory! At first I was hesitant to go when if first opened in Natick because I thought it was too expensive. After taking yoga and TRX classes, I realized the price per class was similar and your first class at OrangeTheory is free so why not try it? I have been going for about 6 months now, and it is the best work out I have ever tried. There are always ways to keep pushing yourself harder and harder. I will say that some instructors are more motivating than others, and I find myself trying to go to Sabrina's class every time because she is AMAZING!

I was visiting from out of town and was happy to have found this OT near of where I was at. Everyone at the studio was very kind and very helpful. The efficiency in which my registration was handled was great. If you r looking for a 1 hour intense workout with a professional, friendly staff, this is the place to go.

Orangetheory Fitness is just the place to dust off the cobwebs during the winter. When the weather gets you down, head on into this energetic upbeat workout place, which leaves you feeling great. My favorite instructor so far is Tracy. She mixes a good dose of humor with no nonsense directions how to lift which weights, which speeds to put on your treadmill or rowers. I like the versatility and the fact that each individual wears a heart rate monitor to get in the zone.

Orange Theory in Natick is awesome! It's a great workout...much more motivating than going to the gym on your own and doing your own thing. Each workout is different and it's individualized according to your heart rate. I also use the heart rate monitor when I go for walks and runs on other days. I definitely recommend it!

I've been to many self paced gyms in the past but was never able to keep myself motivated to go regularly. This is different. First you are in a group setting and second your workout intensity is up on a TV for everyone to see. This pushes you to do better. After the class there is a sense of accomplishment. I love it and was hooked after the first week.

OTF is a perfect balance of interval cardio and muscle conditioning in one fun hour-long class. You won't have to take cardio classes and weightlifting classes separately anymore. The workouts are quite intense, but you do them in short bursts. I also like that they have classes after 6 pm. As a working parent, I can not make the 6 pm classes, which is usually the last class at other gyms. The culture at the gym is fun: there are 5ks, clean eating, weight loss maintenance challenges, etc. but also many community events like toy drives, volunteering, etc.

It has helped me immensely in getting back to working out regularly. I am enjoying the high tech approach and the splat points makes it a good single point of reference I stead of saying 20 mins on the tread and 15 mins in the weight room..

My experience with Orange Theory in Natick has been excellent. The front desk staff has been welcoming and helpful, both on the phone and in person. The studio itself is bright and clean. As far as the workouts go, it has exceeded my expectations. The hour goes by fast and I leave knowing I pushed myself. The trainers always ask who is new and make sure to touch base with you during workouts to modify or clarify an exercise.

I love OTF. I had a baby 4 months ago and I this is the perfect place to go if you want to get a lot out of a 60min workout. With a toddler and newborn I am very busy and find it hard to break away to the gym. It is a challenging work out but you can also modify when you need to. You burn so many calories and get into shape fast even if you can only get there two times a week. I try to go twice a week and do stroller runs with the baby in between and this works well for me. I wish they had a daycare on site that is my only complaint!
