Love this place. I recently upgraded my membership. The workout is good, the staff at the front desk are friendly, the coaches are also very good. Can't think of 1 bad thing to say about this place, maybe parking around the area, but that's not something the studio can do anything about.

Most of the coaches are great and inspire you to push harder in your workouts! Iβve joined several other different gyms but OTF is the longest gym Iβve been committed to! I love the quality of the workouts and the variety that they offer! I definitely see myself sticking with OTF for a lifetime!

For ppl who having first class here , please read this so you donβt waste your precious time: if you arrive ON time , they wonβt let you in. You have to arrive 30 minutes early and if you canβt ,donβt bother to go.
We arrived at 11:30 for 11:30 class and couldnβt be let in . Spending 15 minutes to just find parking: this location parking situation is not nearly as good as they said in their instructions.
They do remind you to arrive early on their instruction but they donβt tell you they wont let you in if you donβt arrive early. What a waste of pplβs time caused by their unclear instructions.

Absolutely love this OTF! Each coach is so personable and have different energies that make each workout session unique and fun. Started in November and was very low on duration of my runs and now I can easily do a couple minutes faster! It does take time to see you building muscle and endurance, but the coaches and members make it fun. There isnβt any βjudgementβ like you have at other gyms with people watching you. Also, the front desk people are some of my favorite humans in Quincy. Thanks OTF!! :)

Very long and overdue review! Joined OTFQ in the middle of the pandemic when my previous home studio was closed. Incredibly skeptical at first and didn't think I'd be able to form the same quality of relationships at a new gym. Here we are 2.5 years later! If you're an earlier riser like me - trust me, the early morning coaches and staff will set you up for a great day. Get you a head coach and studio manager who shows up for members every. single. day. Shouts to Irvin and Shelli for making OTFQ the best part of my day π

Highly enjoy and recommend Quincy coaches!!! I love the coaches - they're motivating, more than just instructors!! I also enjoy the friendly atmosphere. It's nice to be next to someone of similar fitness and push each other. The equipment is super high quality, especially compared to most local gyms. I like that they have proper A/C and fans in the warmer months. I like the heart rate monitor that helps track your heart rate, how many minutes you're in fat burn/cardio bands, your erg stats, etc. They have a phone app that track ALL your stats for every workout, it's very satisfying lol. There's TV screens so it's clear what you should be doing (in addition to the coaches lining you up). I've definitely recommended it to friends but they haven't joined due to the price.

Orangetheory is unlike any other workout class I've done. It's so varied with a mix of weight lifting and cardio - it's impossible to get bored with it because everyday is different and there's always a benchmark around the corner to work towards. Thanks to the OTF coaches, I've learned so much about proper weight lifting techniques, the importance of form, and how to adjust exercises to work for me. I love that OTF welcomes all fitness levels and that you can make the workouts as hard or as easy as you need them to be. I also travel a lot and being able to attend any studio around the country helps keep me accountable while I'm away.

This OTF misses the mark. The sole source of the second star is that OTF is a great program. I didnβt attend a single class in my 3 months as a member of this studio and they continue to bill me citing βcorporate policiesβ. The staff said the cancellation policy could be waived then the owner told me it canβt and the staff made a mistake, which is abysmal customer service.
I have been a member of 3 other studios and their owners were often at work outs and always willing to accommodate when life changes came my way.
Be careful before you sign up for anything at this studio. It is unlike any other OTF studio. They have a shiny new facility and equipment but fail to provide a good experience. The only reason they are still in business is the orange theory name.

I attended a class during COVID in October. The safety precautions are an absolute joke and do not follow state guidelines. Masks are not required and myself and the coach were the only ones wearing one out of a class of about 15 people. This studio is small compared to others, so we are closer than 6 feet apart from each other when working out. The state guideline is 14 feet without masks. The βplastic barriersβ are shower curtain quality and are a false sense of protection. The highest risk is on the treadmills when you are breathing into a mirror next to your neighbor with no barrier protecting you. I will not be back.

This otf has some glitches. I get emails from them making it seem like I just attended a class there. (I haven't in over a year). And it always shows up in my otf schedule. I think I went there once and now it's just annoying.

I love everything about this workout! My first workout was definitely challenging, but I felt so accomplished after the hour was done. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and put my insecurities and anxiety at ease. My instructor was encouraging, gave easy to follow instructions, and made sure to correct my form when needed. I signed up for the unlimited membership once my intro class was done. I'm looking forward to future workouts, especially since the format will be completely different session to session.

i like to call orange theory orange therapy! i ended up getting sick in the winter, and was unable to work. Come april my doctors recommended orange theory to motivate and get in shape. it ended up being SO much more than just getting fit. i feel extremely accomplished after every class - like yeah i did that! the positive vibes from the trainers (specifically Meg) has helped push me to limits i didnt know i was capable of. Even on bad days health wise - i still showed up for βorange therapyβ and it boosted my mood and truly made me feel like i could anything if i can get through a work out today. itβs the best hour of my day! i walk out of every class feeling amazing. not only have i lost weight and becoming fit, mentally - iβm the healthiest i have ever been! special kudos to Meg for her constant motivation and positivity - itβs truly changed my life!

Loved the energy of the class, the instructor and the constant movement for almost an hour. Most workouts these days are 45 minutes. That extra 15 minutes really gets you! I LOVE being able to see my heart rate during class. It's definitely motivating to see where I stack up against the other classmates without being embarrassing when I'm behind. It also helps give me a sense of how hard I should be pushing

I love the OTF workouts. My membership is the 8 classes a month and these workouts have really helped my fitness level. I ran a 1/2 marathon this past Saturday and had not trained nearly enough. However, I have noticed my treadmill splits have gotten faster. During the race I felt good for the first 8 miles and I totally attribute that to my classes at OTF! Can't wait to see how my next race is even better after continuing my workouts here!!

Love love orange theory! I was recently on a weight loss/strength show on NBC and have been having a hard time keeping that same level of intensity in my workouts. Orange Theory made that possible! Over 500 calories burned in under an hour! Its amazing! Take the intro class, you wont regret it. The staff in Quincy is a great combination of courtesy and intensity. They wont let you slack off in your workout that's for sure!

The trainor irvin! He is the only reason i bought a twenty pack in cash! I HATE doing cardio.. like seriously hate it! I worked out with weights my whole life and been around trainors just as long and when i tell you irvin is the best trainor i have come across its legit! He got me to move that day and thats mind blowing because im very anti cardio like i have said.. i burned 850 calories in that class and after he told me tips for a better workout and even nutrition tips! Like who does that ? He took time out of his day after class to talk to me and give me some pointers.. idk all im saying is that he is the sole reason i bought classes and best motivator and trainor i have come across and that is only on day one!
