I started training at PEAK last summer with the goal of getting stronger for my college softball season, but I ended up gaining so much more—both physically and mentally. My numbers in the weight room increased significantly, I became faster on the bases, and I developed a stronger sense of mental discipline to push through even in time I was tired. Rick is incredibly motivating and knowledgeable, and he emphasizes the importance of recovery just as much as training, which has made a huge difference in my overall performance. PEAK Performance has truly helped me reach a new level as an athlete.

It's been an amazing experience for my 9 year old. He attended the program past Summer, and we noticed a big improvement in the way he moves while playing baseball/Soccer (his speed, strength, and overall coordination have all increased). We took a small break for the beginning of the school year, but he loves it so much that we enrolled him back mid fall. Rich and all of the coaches are great with kids and really know how to motivate them. Highly recommended PEAK Youth Performance!!

Coach Grimaldi is the best! He has given my son a great base for health and fitness.Not only does he teach technique he has a great repertoire of exercises that keep the attention of his athletes. His gym is well equipped and there is no fear of any child being unattended.That coupled with his nutritional expertise is a huge win for parents looking to give their children the best chance of creating a healthy lifestyle. I would highly recommend!

What a great service provided by great people. I love that my kid is learning healthy habits that will benefit him lifelong and he's having fun doing it. Peak and Coach Grimaldi run a fantastic program. They teach the fundamentals and proper techniques to help young athletes build a solid fitness foundation. My son has been in the program for four years, and he has made huge gains in conditioning and strength. Plus, he loves it! I highly recommend their program!

My 13 year old daughter has been going to PEAK 3-4 times/ week. She absolutely loves it. Rick changes up the workout every session so she feels like she is working out all of her muscle groups throughout the week. Highly recommend this gym.

I highly recommend PEAK and Coach Grimaldi to any athlete that is trying to improve their strength, speed, conditioning, etc. Especially those high school athletes or soon to be high school athletes that are looking to get to the next level. Coach Grimaldi does a great job communicating with the athletes and putting together plans to help them achieve their individual goals.

PEAK training with Rick is fantastic! All three of my teenagers go and look forward to it. He individualizes training programs for them based on their specific goals. Rick and the team at Peak provide effective, fun and challenging workouts! My daughter did duet sessions with her friend, which were very affordable and a great way to introduce her to exercise. Once ready she eventually joined a small groups over the summer!

I highly recommend Peak Youth Performance! My son has been attending for several years and Coach Grimaldi and his programs have had a positive impact in all areas of his life. My son’s speed and agility in sports has increased; he has learned to stretch appropriately before games to prevent injuries. My son lifts weights under supervision, so it is done correctly, and talks with Coach about nutrition and why it’s important. In addition to the physical benefits, my son’s confidence and self-esteem have improved. It was never a struggle or fight to get my son to attend classes because he recognized the changes taking place as he put in the work. Coach Grimaldi and his programs have taught my son great habits and skills.
