We love PBK Foxboro & the entire staff of instructors - they are amazing. I have 2 kids enrolled there currently. Hara at the desk is so welcoming and friendly to every single person who walks in. I have been here since I was 3 and a half years old, training about twice a week. I love it here and now work here as an instructor. We love PBK in Foxboro! It was recommended to us by a friend and we joined about a month ago. My 4yo son loves being part of the Ranger class and is always so excited to go. Master Sikula is a fantastic instructor. He keeps the atmosphere fun, does new activities each class to keep the kids engaged, and I’m always impressed how much he fits into a half hour. We feel very lucky to have stumbled on such a great karate school. We’ve tried other types of classes with my son and this is the first one that really sparked his interest and has kept us coming back. We are so grateful that we found PBK in Foxboro. Master Sikula and all the staff there have been great. They treat you like part of their family immediately and have been more than accommodating and supportive with my son- who is on the spectrum. My kids love karate and we are able to take home a lot of the techniques of listening, following instructions, being kind and reward system into our home. Children are not only accountable for their behaviors while at karate but outside as well. Master Sikula takes into consideration the needs of the children and things going on in the community to support the classes and lessons. He manages to give each student 1:1 attention, while still leading a class, and supporting the student volunteers who help the younger children’s classes. From my experience, PBK is a great place to learn and appreciate karate but also somewhere for children to grow, be creative and experience life. I can’t say enough great thinks about PBK Foxborough. My son has been a student for the past 2 years. He loves it! It has helped so much with his focus, behavior and getting some energy out. His mood after class is always improved. Physically it has really increased his core strength, improved his running ability that also helps in other sports. Everyone here is so kind, supportive and encouraging to help students be the best they can be. Master Sikula is fantastic! He’s not only encouraging and understanding, but definitely knows how to keep classes very entertaining and engaging!

I've coached varsity girls basketball for 18 years and done 100's of camps and clinics for youth players for ages 4-18. I can honestly say Master Instructor: Joe Sikula is one of the best leaders I've ever come across in any sport. He grabs the kids attention, keeps them engaged, has all of them participate, helps each student and makes all of it fun. I know youth sports and coaching and I couldn't be more impressed with him or our experience throughout this process. My son has been attending PBK for over 5 years and is currently in the training cycle for his black belt. I cannot say enough how amazing the PBK staff is. Master Sikula and the other instructors are so kind, patient, and supportive. My 9 year old regularly likes to arrive at class early to get some extra instruction to help him prepare for his black belt testing. Every time he does, they are right there to watch his performance, clarify anything he is uncertain about, and offer pointers to help him improve. They are so supportive that it makes him want to put in extra time. To be able to inspire a 9 year old to do more than what's required just speaks to how amazing they are.
