I am grateful to have been able to train with PTI throughout much of my athletic development. I am now a senior playing DIII softball, and PTI has been integral to my training since the beginning of high school. I have worked with Yury, Adam, and Sean, and they have helped me both to develop strength/fitness and to recover from various injuries (including an achilles surgery this past summer). Through all of this, and especially this summer, they showed care for my individual needs and I was able to be strong and performance-ready by the start of my season. Yury and PTI do a great job of developing the whole athlete, including the knowledge to be able to understand how the body works, which translates well into sport-specific skills, training, and performance!

Training with Yury has been an essential part of my life for nearly 20 years. I continue to look forward to the challenging "but not too challenging" workouts every week. In the earlier years he helped me to become an athlete pursuing my chosen sport of road biking by providing key core conditioning. Now, as I approach my late seventies, he keeps me going through the ups and downs, modifying the sessions to meet my current needs, and always providing cheerful conversation and encouragement. I began working out at Personal Training International two years ago, I wanted to get back in shape after ankle fusion surgery. I am thrilled with the progress I have made in my overall fitness level, I have more energy and I feel so much stronger. Yury and Svetlana are amazing, they are extremely knowledgeable and customize your workout for your individual needs - I was struggling with lower back and hip pain for a while and they adjusted what we were focusing on and the pain is now gone. The team at PTI is very dedicated to their clients and they are great at motivating you to get to the next level. Thanks to Yury and Svetlana I am now a much stronger and healthier woman and I am much better equipped to keep up with my 11 year old twins. I highly recommend Personal Training International to anyone looking to get into shape.

All of the trainers at PTI are amazing. The professionalism, expertise, and personalized workout regimens are like no other training program. Yury is a former Olympic track and field coach, and I have been able to excel at Masters Track and Field with Yury’s coaching and guidance. He and his team have trained my family members and friends, and everyone has had a fantastic experience. The workouts are always challenging and intense, tailored right to my abilities and goals. My wife Ruth and I have been training with Yury and Svetlana Klimovitsky at PTI for two and three years respectively and I can say we are both much fitter and stronger as a result. Yury and Svetlana pay very close attention to each person’s physical condition and tailor the training sessions accordingly. I have trained almost exclusively with Yury while Ruth has trained with Svetlana. Yury understands my weaknesses due to injuries I had years ago in my knee and in one of my wrists and has tried to help me strengthen these areas while carefully avoiding overworking them, which is something I have found other trainers have not been able to do. My overall strength has much improved and the sessions just make me feel good—and healthy. Yury has a very broad and truly exceptional background in coaching and physical training – ranging from coaching world-class athletes as coach of Ukrainian Olympic competitors to training championship young American athletes to conditioning and strengthening clients as old as 70 or 80 or 90 and even older. He knows what works with different kinds of physiques and with people of different ages and concerns. I trust him and think he’s tops in his field and I highly recommend him!

I’ve been training with PTI for about 5-6 years. As a young athlete, I have made so much progress in my strength, agility, and speed due to their knowledge of the body. I really appreciate their focus on injury prevention and strengthening the smaller muscles, something many trainers and training facilities don’t promote. I (knock on wood) have not experienced a bad sports related injury yet and have played 3 varsity sports for 4 years of high school. I believe I owe this to them!
