I feel very fortunate to have met and worked with Peter. When I first started to work with him i felt broken. I had 2 injuries that I was working on with Physical Therapy (PT). While I was still doing PT I started to work with Peter and he was able to start me with exercises that dovetailed nicely with the PT. Once I finished PT Peter kept working with me to expand my range of motion and core strength, which I have found to be transformative. I have way less pain and some days 0 pain. This is all due to Peter's ability to create and adapt a program as I went thru my ups and downs and always keeping me moving forward. Working with Peter was absolutely one of the best decisions I made for my health. I have worked with a handful of trainers over the years, and Peter was the first to really focus on the needs I had expressed to him vs just losing weight and looking good. I was struggling to create a balanced “lifestyle” diet, was having some troubles with my hashimotos thyroid disease, and also was struggling a lot with being so tired every single day to the point where a nap was non-negotiable. Peter started me off with a customized plan and made adjustments to it each week as needed. I received hip impingement surgery in January 2022, and called on GoFlow to assist with my post op/rehab in March 2022. Each month, I was given specific sets of workouts designed to strengthen my lower body, while maintaining my upper as well. We began with body weight and after one month, I was able to run 3 miles, then received feedback on how to modify my training based off my body’s reactions. Now, 7 months after the surgery, I’m running 8 miles and squatting, deadlifting, benching, etc. back to my pre-op 10rm’s. GoFlow has been far more effective than traditional PT for my current fitness goals.

I have had several personal trainers over the years, none of them match up to Peter (GoFlow) he takes his time to understand my weaknesses, and started by building from the bottom up. Every day I feel stronger. During workouts if he notices something is uncomfortable or painful he finds adjustments to reduce the chance of injury.
Peter is personable, and professional. I highly recommend him.
