My workouts with Tanya at Pex literally keep me going! She is a master at adjusting for however your body shows up to a session and has guided me through many injuries in the past 6 years. The gym is beautiful and clean, and people are friendly. Can’t beat it!!!

I am a former collegiate athlete who after kids and multiple unexpected surgeries and health issues, I did not know how to get myself back. Tanya is AMAZING. She has a wide range of knowledge and expertise. We have worked together from pilates pelvic floor strengthening to progressing to hexagon deadlifting. She is so invested in her clients, she even brought her family to cheer my husband I as we climbed Gillette stadium stairs for MS. I can't say enough good things about her and the PEX team.

I have had the good fortune of training with Tanya O'Brien for possibly 10 + years! Tanya knows so much about the body, nutrition and mental health as well. When I met her I was afraid to go to the gym because I didn't know what to do! She taught me what to do for my age, past activity experience and personal health goals. I built strength and felt good about myself. During the pandemic, I trained virtually so that I wouldn't lose my progress. Tanya was great, encouraging me to stay focused and disciplined. Any time I have had a tightness or weakness, she knows what to do to get me back on track. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a smart, experienced trainer who meets you where you are. She holds me accountable which has enabled me to achieve my specific goals!

THE. BEST. EVER!!
I work with Nicki Regan at the Medfield PEX and it’s 100% my happy place! I started last Spring of 2023 to get ready for my fall wedding and the whole team is SO warm and welcoming. When the week of my wedding was approaching, they were all celebrating with me and counting down the days! It’s super clean and organized and I always leave feeling so happy. PEX got me in the BEST shape for my wedding & honeymoon and I felt unbelievable - PEX Medfield has such a special place in my heart and I’m always telling friends & family to go see them! PEX has been nothing but amazing - when I inquired about a personal trainer, the manager Marjus responded within 24 hours, and not even a week later I got set up with my first consultation with my now trainer Nicki! The moment I walked into the facility I instantly felt so welcomed and comfortable! I have worked out with several personal trainers over the years and Jennifer Hart is by far the best. She is passionate about her work and it shows. I love her training style which for me includes stretching, mobility, balance, strength and cardio. We have worked through old injuries and I have gained strength that I never thought was possible. Workouts are always fun and challenging. I highly recommend her as a trainer.
