I worked with Joanne twice a week during the summer of 2021and I could not have been more pleased with every aspect of our sessions. Her studio is immaculate and very well-equipped, she is very attentive and wants you to perform the exercises correctly to get the most out of them (and to not get injured), and she truly cares about the whole client. I would absolutely recommend doing Pilates with Joanne as it will likely be the best workout of your life!

I worked with Joanne this summer. She is very knowledgeable about Pilates and the anatomy. We worked through my back and hamstring injury with great results. Joanne is very knowledgeable and creative with Pilates. I have been working with her for about 5 years twice a week during the summers. I started working with her prior to a total hip replacement and 2 foot surgeries. She helped me prepare and recover from them. Joanne understands the workings of the body and the exercises that help heal. She is very careful that the exercises are being done correctly to insure good health. She consistently challenges me and pushes me further than I thought I could do. She is the best and I highly recommend her!!!

I started my workouts with Joanne six months after having total knee replacement. I was nervous about working out again. Joanne was able to put those fears to rest by providing a safe and challenging workout both on the reformer and in a group class. I've been very impressed with how knowledgeable and passionate Joanne is about Pilates. She challenges me to push myself while educating me on proper form. Joanne is very creative and is constantly changing up the routines to keep it new and fresh. I highly recommend Pilates by LJ. I am so glad that I found Joanne!

I started with Joanne this fall. First off, I was really impresses with all the precautions she has taken for COVID. She has found a way to keep classes going while keeping everyone safe. I have been doing Pilates for several years but am still a beginner. I have been so impressed with all the knowledge I have obtained about Pilates from Joanne and how she has pushed me to improve. I recommend Joanne to anyone who wants to start or improve their Pilates while also having fun!

I started with Pilates by LJ at the beginning of the summer doing the Stott Pilates Reformer. I have loved both the experience and the results. Now in the first week of September I feel look longer leaner and more toned and my posture has improved greatly. I have also noticed that my running has improved and my core is finally getting back to the strength and definition it had pre children. Joanne is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and keeps an extremely clean and safe workout area. As someone who loves to work out, but definitely needs some one to push me, I have found that Joanne challenges me and knows how to push me for my best results while still making me laugh. I always look forward to me weekly work out.

I have been taking classes with JoAnne for over 4years and look forward to my workout every time. JoAnne varies the routine on the reformer which keeps me interested. She is a great teacher and is so aware of safety when working out. I highly recommend private Pilates sessions with JoAnne-it will keep you young and healthy.

Stot Certified and extremely competent! I have been going to Joanne since the beginning of July and her instruction has been fantastic. The studio is immaculate with everything you need to get in a complete workout. I have been taking reformer classes and Joanne has been an excellent trainer with focus on form and strength. Pricing is affordable and well worth the private time!
