Jess is an absolutely phenomenal instructor. She’s very knowledgeable in her pedagogy and in her adjustments that provide positioning feedback. Each session is challenging and rewarding! I leave the sessions feeling a whole body workout. The best part of Pilates has been that the body awareness and activation techniques I’m learning can be applied to other fitness modalities. Over the last 8 weeks, I have completed an average of a session a week. These sessions, along with Jess’ teaching has truly helped to transform my physique. I am beyond thrilled that I met Jess and have started incorporating Pilates into my life.

Jess is one of my favorite people to work out with because she has a good balance of keeping me focused on our workout while maintaining an empathetic nature to what may be going on in my life both physically and emotionally. Her extensive knowledge of the body has proved time and time again beyond useful. It is a great advantage to have someone who pays attention and can teach you to listen to your body so you don’t worsen your pain or create an injury. She has helped heal and provided exercises to strengthen my muscle pain with sciatica, calf tightness, and plantar fasciitis. She has literally helped me be able to walk comfortably again. I’ve been working with Jessica since 2017. She has seen my body go through many changes, most recent being getting my heath back postpartum. I am constantly recommending her to my friends because she is so so knowledgeable but also approachable, understanding, and kind. I like to be pushed in my works outs and she definitely kicks my butt, but she also takes the time to dive deep into my nutrition and habits to see where the true issues are hiding. Jess is an incredible trainer. She is observant and intuitive, and she makes sure you maintain balance, flexibility, wellness, and alignment while gaining strength. Working out consistently with Jess, I am more toned and coordinated than I ever thought possible. The sessions are varied and challenging -- but within my reach. She has coached me through a pregnancy and two postpartum periods. She was more effective than my physical therapist in reversing my labor-induced prolapse, and she is understanding and collaborative when my hyperactive toddler interrupts our sessions.
