Cheryl has really helped me to get out of a rut! I have never been able to find a routine that I looked forward to until I found Cheryl. Regular classes helped my posture, pain and overall movement throughout the day. She sees exactly where a correction needs to be made- this 1:1 attention is not something that can be achieved in a group class and I believe keeps me from hurting myself while building strength in the right places. The studio is beautiful and calming while Cheryls voice is encouraging and supportive. It is the best hour of self care I could ever give myself!

Cheryl is a body whisperer. The minute you walk into the studio she asks you how you are… but she already knows because no detail of your carriage, gate or expression misses her radar. She designs personalized lesson plans to assist you with your particular needs. She can also adjust on the fly should some exercises not sync with your bodies needs. She brings warmth, humor, and personalized attention to every class. You feel seen and cared for. I highly recommend!

I have been working with Cheryl since 2020, and it has been amazing. She is an exceptional instructor. She was a dancer and a dance instructor, and because of this, she truly understands how the body should move, which she has brought into her pilates instruction. Pilates has helped me with core stabilization, strength, flexibility, and balance and has made me conscious of proper alignment in my everyday activities. As with any practice, the right instructor matters. Hands down, Cheryl is the best. I commit to two times a week, sometimes three. Cheryl is simply the best! Her calm patient manner will guide you through each of the excersises with absolutly no judgement and no pushing beyond your comfort factor. Each class is a cooperative effort that takes into consideration your "body du jour". Cheryl accepts her clients as they are & knows ways to work around any limitations. Her instructions & "spot on" visualizations enable me to achieve things I did not think possible. The new studio? OMG...Fabulous! State of the art equipment is paired with a spotlessly clean, bright and uplifting environment. There is no better Pilates than Pilates with Cheryl; she's simply the best.

Cheryl is an Amazing Pilates instructor. She helps focus you on correct body techniques and movements to strengthen your body. She works with your individual limitations to build core strength and flexibility. Highly recommend her!!
