I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Samantha, a wonderful staff member at the PF. She consistently ensures that everything is well-stocked and that sanitation bottles are filled. Furthermore, she diligently puts weights back in their proper places. In addition to maintaining a clean and organized gym floor, she is exceptionally kind to customers, particularly the elderly. I've been going to Planet Fitness for a years now and I have to say, it's a solid gym. The equipment is always clean and well-maintained, and the staff is super friendly. The diseensary next door only adds to the judgment-free zone vibe and dispensary is really nice too. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that it can get pretty crowded during peak hours. Overall, I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient gym experience!

I've seen people yelling racial slurs while they work out, and nobody is banning these people. It's getting worse and worse. They give free workouts to kids during the summer, who just populate the gym, don't even work out, people here come to hang out. They are interrupting other people who are usual in this gym for more than 2 years. I haven't got any free months even tho I paid every month these past 2 years. App will say its not busy, but after 8pm good luck going to train. Also a bl card cant go to other locations for more than 10 times, they wont tell you this when you sign up for bl card.

Planet Fitness Dracut is completely unprofessional and irresponsible when it comes to membership cancellations. I tried to cancel my membership twice in person by sending my cousin with a written cancellation letter. The first time, they accepted the letter and said they’d handle it—but they never did. Later, when I called, they claimed they “never received” any letter. So I had to send my cousin again, and this time made sure he waited for the manager to confirm the cancellation.

Even after canceling, they refused to refund the $49 they wrongfully charged me. The location told me to call customer service. Then customer service told me to call the location. I was sent in circles with no accountability. They wasted my time, lied about receiving my cancellation, and charged me for their mistake.

This gym is untrustworthy and completely unhelpful. Avoid this location if you care about your money and time.

I’ve been to planet fitness just to use the bathroom before with no membership for long road trips but for some reason this planet fitness in Dracut mass doesn’t allow anyone to use their bathrooms unless you have a membership. That is absolutely absurd !!!!!To deny someone use of facilities is just very wrong. Why would anyone want to support a bussiness with no humanity?🤢 just awful. Customer service is so important and for them to deny anyone a right to use the facilities shows there’s is lack of consideration for the members of the community and I will never support a bussiness who displays this kind of energy it’s absolutely disgraceful!

I have submitted a request in writing 4 times now to cancel my membership, yet my membership still has not been cancelled and the money just keeps coming out of my account. I don't live near Dracut anymore and I'm not taking the time out of my day to drive all the way there to cancel, when I was told over the phone that I could mail in a letter to request cancellation. They want to make it as difficult as possible to cancel your membership so they can keep taking your money. I moved away almost 4 years ago now and I'm still dealing with this.

The new machines are really nice. Staff are nice and helpful. I've enjoyed coming back to this location and seeing the changes from before. I have been going to this gym for a long time. There are a few reasons why I still go. Convenient and the people that I got friendly with that also go to the gym. Overall the showers and changing rooms are a disgrace. Sorry but I have complained to the manager about this many times. Nothing got done. I know you hire a cleaning company to come and clean but they don’t wash the walls at all. You put a lot of money into redoing them and they should really clean the place better. There are always machines that are broken and it being a small place to begin with it’s a problem. The biggest concern is the air control in that place. I have been to many other planet fitness gyms and not once did I notice a air control problem at all. It was so nice. So I am complaining here because not only I have been complaining but so many others have been as well. We are told it’s controlled by corporate well they need to change it because it is like walking in a sauna. It is getting to a point that it’s not enjoyable to work out there.

It's an ok planet fitness, they have fairly new equipment. Biggest issue is staffing on weekends. Only one poor girl working Saturday afternoon so the people who come in and want to tan, use massage chairs etc have a long wait because she is cleaning, doing everything they apparently didn't do earlier in the day. Never been to a Planet Fitness that only had one person working before. My main club is in Florida and I'm just visiting so maybe this is a one off. But other people told me to go to Nashua over this club as it's newer and has better hours

The showers only have hot water for about 60 seconds, after that the water is barely room temperature. I tried every shower and I let the water run for over 15 minutes, it did not get warmer. I finally took a cold shower which is not what I expect from Planet Fitness.

This Dracut location is always very busy because it's the only one in the area. I think the bathroom stalls are cleaned well, but the lockers themselves are not clean, and most are broken/missing handles and hardware. The machines are very outdated and break constantly. They are also clearly never scrubbed down and rely on people to just wipe after use. The treadmills are awful; many are so sticky and old they don't start rolling until you increase the speed, and they shake and squeak while you walk or run, throwing you off balance. There are two of most weight machines, but one is usually broken. There is only one raggedy rowing machine, and the place is so cramped that the machines are set up awkwardly due to the space being inconveniently small for the crowds. For such a busy, important location it's disappointing management doesn't prioritize the condition of their machines.

To whom it may concern as a member for several years I am very disappointed as a disabled person I have have used the arm cycle on a daily basis do to my disability of my legs it’s the only machine I am capable of using for my cardio workout for my weight loss since planet fitness shut down in Dracut several months ago for remodeling the machine was damaged bye the movers and hasn’t been repaired since that time as of today I continue to ask the manager when will it be repaired and I continue to get the run-around with answers it’s been several months now and I’m in the position now to move on to another gym as soon as possible I have also known of several people who have left this fitness club do to the poor condition and break downs of machines continuously this facility is very poorly managed. I will not recommend this facility to anyone.

It's generally clean and has a decent amount of equipment. Not as much as other Planet Fitness locations, but enough to get a good workout. Gets really packed during peak times, but otherwise, equipment is often available.

The workers at the front aren't very good at their jobs. The few dozen times I've visited, they've barely made eye contact and don't even greet you. In my experiences, it takes a minimal amount of effort to feel welcome anywhere. A "hello," "how are you doing," "have a good workout," and "have a nice day" goes a long way with a low amount of effort.

Zero professionalism and personality. The manager should be ashamed of how they trained these employees, especially compared to the other branches I've visited. They're essentially paid to do nothing.

It only took a breezy 25 minute workout for my scooter to get stolen from the bike rack in the planet fitness parking lot. Girl at the desk was apologetic and kind but couldn’t really help me . I wasn’t about to unload my anger on her because she didn’t deserve it. I am not holding this place liable but I should get at least a free one month membership or something like that. My dad has been a member of this gym for years now and we always go together since he has the black card so he can bring someone. However he travelled so I went in to explain to them but Christ a very rude guy, so shock he is the manager told me I can’t go in without him. So I waited outside and begged a guy who said he (has black card )to be his plus one for today. Erroneously the guy scanned my card so Christ came in yelling at me and told me he will not give back my card and I told him he can’t keep my card. He said he will then cancel my dad’s membership and he did. Well sucks for you because we heading to a new gym. That’s why people keep leaving this place as the management is rude. This location is too crowded, it doesnt matter what time you go. Yes its only $10 a month but id rather spend + $40 a month and workout at a nicer facility. If your serious about fitness youll find that there are better options available. planet fitness draws you in with the enticing $10 a month and then pray you dont use there facilities. Statistics show over %60 of gym membership go unused and planet fitness among most gyms know this, which is also why they make you sign a year agreement.

I’ve been going to planet fitness for about 10 years but this location in Dracut changed management and staff and they are the most unprofessional people ever as they sit there at the desk telling people they can’t bring bags to the gym and then laugh at them and make jokes.the gym manager Christian is a rude person and is never there so it’s impossible to even bring up any concerns. I took the time to call corporate to explain what was happening in the that specific location and they said they would reach out to the regional manager Erin hillman which she never reached out to me until I finally had a conversation with Christian
And he said if I had a problem with the gym he would revoke my membership of 10 years in planet fitness I which 8 of my employees attend to planet fitness as well in which I pay for there memberships.then I finally recieved a phone call from Erin hillman and she was very rude stating that my membership was canceled because of complaining to her employees so for having freedom of speech and saying what was happening the Dracut gyms staff and regional manager retaliated and canceled my membership.

I’ve been going to planet fitness over a year. They have changed a lot in the past couple of months today I was told and couldn’t have a gym bag when I was talking to one of their employees a very nice kid a very rude employee named Beth got loud with me when I told her I didn’t appreciate the way she spoke to me she said that’s how she talks to people. When she walked away from she started laughing she has no respect for members. I called corporate and tried to speak to regional manager Erin Hillman and she just blows you off and doesn’t want to deal with people. Christina the day shift manager laughs when he asks members of the gym for the gym bags and pokes fun at the fact that there are no gym bags allowed in the floor.

Let me preface that this facility is modern and clean. But with that said, the stretching area is basically non existent making for a very uncomfortable stretch (if there’s even room). This could be avoided if they didn’t have 15 elliptical machines (which I doubt would EVER be fully used, ever.) This would be a simple change and would easily create plenty of space for a proper stretching and yoga area.

Half of the treadmills are broken and crammed against the back wall wall. And the weight machines are awkwardly spaced and not facing the mirror at a 90° angle which in itself would be annoying but add on top only a few of the more popular machines like the dual fly machine and overall the facility lacks a lot to be desired.

Forced into this location due to Billerica remodel, but will def checking out the Wilmington location tomorrow even though it’s twice the distance.

I understand closing for renovations is necessary. But, the unknown duration of renovations is unacceptable for a company so large. Not offering refunds is a separate topic. Not everyone has a car or time to travel 30 - 45 minutes to a different gym. Bottom line is I have already started looking into different gym memberships.
