I recently moved out of MA and had some difficulties with moving my membership, but every time I called and spoke with him, he was incredibly helpful and kind. He made sure to do everything he could within his position to assist me and I am so grateful! The location is very lucky to have someone like him.

I end up going to two to three location due to where I live, where I work, and where I hangout. These locations which are East Prov and Foxboro Mass are clear and neat...the workers there are great easy to talk to and even if they are having a bad day they are still friendly. I have one big complaint, which is a corporate this, this issue I run into which I assume other must to...My home gym is EP and my work gym is in Mass, they only allow me 10 visits per month , which the commercials lie.. it is NOT unlimited
Very inconvenient cause if I work 6 days aweek my monthly limit is within two week what about the next two to three weeks. So this has to change. If I am a black card member and have been for over 5years..then It should be anywhere unlimited. Anyways...Let this be noted but also give a big high five to EAST PROV and FOXBORO Mass PF crews they are great. Kevin the Mad Viking.

As someone who was out of shape, suffers from social anxiety, and had no idea what I was doing once I signed up .. I’ve truly been blessed with the staff at this location of PF. My first time through the doors I was immediately greeted by Abby and Ben, the following days also included Hannah and Jaylani. I cannot put into words and express just how wonderful, caring and kind the employees are. I had a problem the day my membership fees were due, and rushed over in an Uber to attempt to resolve it. When Hannah heard this, and also found out I had just lost my job, she went out of her way to not only help me, but also provide the sweetest comfort. She took it upon herself to not just assist me - but she also helped me with the late fees AND my fees for the month. I was so taken aback, I burst into tears. I had never had a stranger show me such kindness, such empathy. Because of Hannah, and the rest of the amazing employees; their suggestions for workouts, their smiles as soon as I walk in the door, and the overall incredible experience they provide, I will forever stay a member. Everyone is battling something - and some days are just horrible ones - but, these employees going out of their way for me to make sure I have a great visit means more to me than they’ll ever know. A GIANT thank you to my Planet Fitness family .. I will always remember the kindness showed to me, and continue recommending the gym to everyone I know!

One of the better planet fitness! Relatively nice place in Foxboro. Cleanest bathrooms of anyone i have been to. I watched the staff cleaning the locker room, wow missed nothing. Only one I will shower at.

Planet Fitness Foxboro is newer and definitely cleaner than many other Planet Fitness locations, which is a plus. The staff is friendly and professional, and the equipment is generally in good shape. However, the parking situation is a nightmare thanks to the overcrowded lot shared with Ocean State Job Lot—good luck finding a spot during peak hours. The gym itself is awkwardly crammed into a corner of the plaza, which adds to the cramped feel inside, especially when it’s busy.

While the Black Card membership offers decent perks for the price, the annual fee feels unnecessary, especially if you’re not using the gym regularly. It’s one of those “great in theory” memberships that can easily become a waste of money if you’re not fully committed.

Overall, it’s a decent spot for a casual gym-goer, but between the parking hassle and questionable long-term value, it might not be for everyone.

Franklin PF - A myriad of equipment spread out widely in a large warehouse-like setting but with a warm and inviting aura that is colorfully soothing, musically upbeat, very clean & tidy, and attended well by staff as needed. Cool that your own pace is emphasized to counteract judgment that may keep many from venturing into a simple and effective realm of fitness for the here and now AND for future years with quality of life therefore! :)

I highly recommend the Planet Fitness gym at Foxborough, MA for many reasons. First of all, everyone who works there from the receptionists, the certified personal trainer and in between are extremely professional and courteous. Second, this gym offers a ton!! Third, it’s spacious, clean, and the massage rooms are truly define. Last but not least, having a knowledgeable certified personal trainer, who work with her clients from a holistic approach, is the icing on the cake for me. Well, someone decided to ditch the darkness of Fox News and add in ESPN and Food Network across their TV screens. Leaving CNN for national news was a good neutral choice because there is reality….except it disappeared a few days later, probably thanks to the roto-rooter rude dude review below crying about it. So, a compromise, and an improvement for people that just want to enjoy their workout and relax at the gym!

Hard not to like a brand new facility with brand new equipment. Super high ceilings, great ventilation, roomy in the back room to stretch out. It’s all pretty sweet!

Another reviewer complained a month ago about the checkin scanner being behind the counter, which means a human must be at the front desk to place it in front of you. It’s still behind the counter, and who knows if the actual gym reads these things considering the bot-like feedback, but so are the humans, there behind the counter, to lift it up for you so not sure what that complaint is all about.

The TV stations are equally distributed, quite possibly done by corporate, but have a very heavy lean towards local affiliates. Of the (30) total screens, (13), or 43%, are tuned to local stations.
How much local news, weather, and sports can one person watch?!?!?! Very overkill.

Norton has NESN that brings you some local big league games. No TBS for some mindless reruns here while you burn on a treadmill but those local stations kick in some of that at 7pm.

No MSNBC even though Foxborough voted for Biden by a 3 to 2 margin and their ratings are better than CNN. The Fox News Biden bashing is in full effect here but I doubt MSNBC will be added considering the check in scanner device is still below the counter.

But hey, the nice person behind the counter showed me how to transfer my account, so there’s that, and humans saying hello and helping when needed is a good thing!

New club vibe at a great location. There is not much else to say - it's a full gym, meets expectation and then some in terms of equipment, cleanliness, staffing, and overall club atmosphere.

The staff are more engaging than and easier to engage with than usual. That says a lot given the decline of the quality workforce across all industries. I was a little jammed up in transferring from a previous location. That wasn't this location's fault and they were helpful in calling my old PF and forcing them to transfer my membership. I've probably been here more times in 6 weeks than the 2 years I was at Norwood PF. That's nothing against Norwood but I no longer work in Norwood. The location and closeness to my house makes all the difference.

It continues to be a great indoor/AC resource during this heatwave. I'm able to continue my mid-distance running and use the machines for valuable cross training gains.

Sucks staff is rude. The Norton location also sucks. This new facility is 5 minutes from my office and the machines are like something from the future and the gym goers are not nice. Felt very uncomfortable being here. Feel very out of place. I imagine I’m not the only one that has felt this way. If you’re uncomfortable at your gym you won’t get a good workout. I have noticed that going to another gym 40+ minuets away from office and about 20+ in the opposite direction of my house is better than getting a bad work because of a hostile environment. Hope management can do better.
