I’m not sure why there are negative reviews about this new location… I have been here multiple times and it is incredibly clean and the staff is always so friendly!!! This location is my new favorite spot to work out. I highly suggest checking it out.

The problem with Planet Fitness is they pick and choose what rules they want to follow perfect example is you're not supposed to put your sweatshirt on the floor or hang on a machine the rule is bring it to your locker ,they don't enforce that rule do they . I also use a bag when lifting so I will not be joining planet Fitness. Just letting people know if you have a bag don't join here.

You can ignore the other hilariously negative reviews. The bag rule guy might've broken policy without complaint at another location, but this gym is brand spanking new, top of the line latest technology. Literally Google "Planet Fitness Bag Policy." *Facepalm* Of course they're going to enforce that rule. The other review is complaining about the lacking management and the existence of children. Again, brand new gym. Let them find the rhythm. I personally know a staff member, was a pleasant surprise to see her, and you're in good hands here. Oh, and to say children don't belong in the gym is so dumb. *Facepalm x2* Lady, do you not realize kids 14-19 get a free membership during the summertime?

As for what scores this locstion 5 stars, this is the only Planet Fitness in the South Shore area I've found that's well spaced but condensed enough where everything you could need is seemingly always right there, they even have benches with weight racks built in, and they have free weights and barbells organically. If you've been to Brockton Westgate lately, you'll see what I mean. They shafted the 30 min workout in lieu of barbells. The atmosphere and convenience is what we go to PF for, this one shines above the others for me. Take it from someone that goes daily and doesn't whine. Don't listen to the meatheads, try this one for yourself, you'll have a great time!

I absolutely love this gym and equipment BUT last time I was there, there was a group of atleast 5 kids that could have been 13 but definitely not accompanied by parents and they were literally running around the gym using every machine and equipment without cleaning after use and causing a disturbance to those who were trying to actually work out. Not long after I had mentioned it to the front desk and they had said they’d spoken to them already and will get talked to again. I was also told by the employee that there were multiple complaints about the kids but no manager did anything. Not long after MORE kids came in without scanning a membership and with their bags and skateboards, they were definitely not old enough to be in there. They were dangerously using treadmills and equipment. When I mentioned to the worker that I saw, they had been the only one scheduled and the other workers shifts were over and no one could solve this problem because a manager was not able to be reached. A gym is not for children. I am very disappointed in this gym for this. The equipment and atmosphere is perfect and great for a workout except when this happened. 2 days later a friend of mine went to the gym and was told an hour after being there that she could not have her gym bag with her and it needed to be in a locker, it had her accessories for the machines she was using and workouts she was doing in it because this gym has “higher standards”. Well if it had higher standards then they would have been able to resolve the situation with children running around dangerously using machines and disturbing everyone in the gym. I would love to speak to someone in charge to let them know what is going on with this new gym.

Haven't been yet, but I am hype about this opening. I have waited a month and finally IT HAS ARRIVED! 🙌 Cannot wait to check out their Black Card Area and their equipment. Immediate 5 stars 🌟
