Of the 2 each hydro beds and massage chairs, half were inoperational. They don't have numbers on them so it's confusing as to which you are assigned to. My treadmill display was unreadable. Circuit machines should have a display for the order in which they are to be used like my NJ PF does. Enough machines

I had to revoke the 5 stars I qualified for my favorite gym. I don't know what's going on, but the gym is very dirty, the mirrors, the floor, the appliances. I don't know what's going on, but you need to sort it out soon. He has hair, hair, dirt in the corners, he has a day when he has no paper to clean the appliances.

Planet Fitness ... More Like Scam-et Fitness

I was charged a late fee for a bounced payment, except it turns out my bank account had been locked by Santander due to fraudulent activity. That's not my fault, so why should I penalized for it?

I wanted to trust PF, but turns out ... this company is just a bunch of greedy scammers trying to rip off consumers and take advantage of their misfortunes.

Actually, they're worse than the people who tried to defraud my bank account.

By far one of the dirtiest Planet Fitnesses I've ever been to. I travel all over the country for work and this gym is the first one I felt I needed to actually write a review for. Only after 1 hour of being open I could tell nothing was cleaned. There was black slim in between the bath mats in the shower hallway, unknown slim in the actual showers, shaving cream and hair dried to the walls of a changing room, and actual thick mold growing on the back of a stair climber. If it wasn't for the fact its the only PF near my jobsite currently I would never go back. I hope the appropriate people see this and force changes.

I love going to planet fitness. Since i moved, i have been going to the Natick Planet Fitness. I go around 4 times a week, and everyone is so nice there. I used to live in milford and have gone for about 15 years.

Some days are more packed than others but for what it is, a decently affordable gym. It does that exactly. It’s helped me in my multiple fitness journeys with all the equipment I’ve needed. It gets the job done.
EDIT: On the application there is a “ Crowd Meter “ that’s supposed to tell you how busy the place is at any time, but I feel like it’s not totally accurate or I may be misunderstanding it in some way, some days it says not many people and most machines are taken, and others different results.

This PF recently reorganized some of the weight machines to add more popular plate weights. I think they have added to the adjustable bench totals. If not, they should do more folks can work the dumbbells. This location is pretty busy in the morning and at night. Mid morning through early evening is best for folks wanting a quieter workout space. There’s a restaurant next door serving protein shakes too. 😝

Today I was robbed of $580 at planet fitness in natick, and less than three weeks ago some AirPods, please do not leave your things in the lockers without a lock, please be careful and secure your things because there are people who are vigilant and get into lockers without a lock and take your belongings, unfortunately this happened to me and I hope not to you, the people of planet fitness apologized but they are not responsible for the insecurity of the place, SECURE YOUR THINGS, THIS IS A DISGRACE.

Where is the endless rope pull that every other PF (I’ve been to 10 or so) has (on the yellow 360 setup? I’ve been asking for a few years and they can’t seem to get one..literally every other PF I’ve gone to (in MA, AZ, NJ and MS) has it…

I should have read through the reviews here before I signed up to this location.
I’m had a series of disappointing interactions with the staff and Derek the manager of the location. I agree with the numerous reviews that take about the poor customer service and the apathy of the location manager in make any effort to help me.
They were quick to upgrade me and when I wanted to go back to my original plan they said downgrades can only be made by the location manager - who is only in the gym Tuesdays till Fridays 9am till 3pm. I typically go to the gym early morning and this meant I needed to take time off work to go and change to my original plan! This in itself is recidivous. When I finally went at a time that he was around he told me my $10 plan is no longer available and that I would be on the $15 plan. When I signed up I specifically asked if I can go back to my $10 plan and the staff who signed me up for the upgrade said that I can do that at anytime. I only wanted to upgrade for a week since I had a guest who needed a gym during their visit. When I told Derek that this is what his staff told me he said he didn’t know who would have said that and kept repeating that this is the available plan now. When I told him that I’d like to talk to someone in corporate about that he told me go to the website.I asked him reach out to area manager to my back on my $10 plan as I was promised. I had to keep following up by phone and I couldn’t get hold of him. I had to go back to gym mid work day. When I met him he was very rude and very short and kept repeating that the only plan is the $10 plan.
Today I went to terminate my contract and the staff were equally rude. When I asked to terminate they said I was too close to the monthly renewal date which is the 17th that I had to pay for another month on the current plan! I said today is the 14th. The monthly renewal is still in 3 days. They said it’s a billing cycle thing and it is too late to cancel without being charged for another month and there is nothing we can do about it! I ended up cancelling anyways. I definitely don’t want anything to do with that gym. Their lack of interest in help me as a customer is very disappointing and it feels they only care about getting more money from me.
I certainly do not recommend this location in Natick to anyone interested in joining a gym with decent level of service. Very disappointing!

I love this location! I come in 1/2 times a week to tan and everyone is always SO AMAZINGLY friendly and cool. every time I tan, it is always a clean environment and there is always a trash and paper towels. I also always get to use the tanning lotion for free. If you ask for it, they will give it to you. I always have meaningful conversation with every one of them. I don’t know where they get their staff, but they are all angels.

Straightforward mass market gym. Clean, although sometimes the womens toilets run out of toilet paper. Lots of treadmills. Only once (at 6pm on a Monday) was none available.

Very, very few kettlebells. I believe literally 2 of 15lb, 20lb, 25lb, 30lb. The small functional training structure at the back left has them.

Also, no normal benchpress. Only the kind that have rigs on the sides.

I was at the gym today, a man with a sleeveless shirt. Rolled all around the mat and used several pieces of equipment. Without wiping everything down. I asked him to please wipe the mat, in his response was no one does. I asked the front desk person, he told her 80 percent of the people don't wipe anything down. I watched him use almost every piece of equipment. Disgusting and unsanitary!

The only thing that could make this gym better is the hours. There have been so many times in the past few years that the opener has not showed up when they were supposed to. Not necessarily for power lifters, where there is no current space or equipment for Deadlifts or Bench Press (outside of Smith machines and rail systems), however the site overall is ALWAYS clean, the staff is friendly, and many of the more popular machines have multiples of; so as to not make you wait to conduct your workout routine.

Most importantly, this truly is a judgement free zone. I've seen many different body types, different ages (ranging from college student age all the the way up to senior citizens), and different skill levels. Training without judgement

Coming from the LA Fitness - Walpole this place is a huge upgrade and worth the extra ride. Been coming here for the last week to work out with a buddy who lives in the area and I'm sold. Clean, new equipment, more important... quality equipment. Treadmills don't make a sound. Clutch burrito spot next door that also offers smoothies and always parking available.

One of the worst PF gyms I have been too. Not enough equipment and inconvenient hours. If you want to use a smith / bench / dumbbells 15-35lbs you have to wait a minimum of 30 minutes if there isn’t already a line.

Awesome place to workout, I have gone to many PF and the worst I have been is near Logan airport but other than that Natick PF is a great place to workout and awesome friendly environment with people and staff whenever I need staff hydro spa table or info they are their. I workout4 times a week. Throughout my workouts they are cleaning the equipment, showing new or possible members around. Keep up the good work team Natick PF..
