So your slogan says everybody is welcomed, accepted and respected where they can be openly gay as possible without discrimination, in the judgment free zone.
But clearly planet Fitness discriminates against body builders. What a questionable way to operate a gym franchise.
Unfortunately I'm only there because of the lack of options for gyms where I live.
I don't appreciate the staff dusting, moping and vacuuming within the area im working out, while im working out. You are putting dust and the smell of chemicals in the air while im doing cardio. Do your cleaning duties during off peak hours. This happened several times now.

I was welcomed, I felt very comfortable and everyone I met was very friendly and I even met a new friend that I hope goes when I’m there! A work out buddy! A bunch of new machines too. Also there is no judgement if you bounce from going to stop to going again. They are just happy your there!

Great gym! I've used this gym in three different states as a travel nurse. They are always clean, friendly staff and never too busy. I never felt judged in any of them. The equipment is easy to use with instructions right on the equipment or access to how to videos from your phone.

I recently joined this Planet Fitness after the local YMCA dramatically reduced its hours of operation. I have been impressed so far with its assortment of workout equipment and friendly staff. It's a small location for a PF, but it's always kept very clean and the equipment in working order. Glad I made the switch.

I signed up for a Planet Fitness membership shortly after my former gym closed. Initially I was hesitant after having a less than stellar experience at one of the branches. Later I visited a Planet Fitness in a nearby town, and it was polar opposite. The assistant manager blew my mind on just how engaging, friendly and helpful he was. I was so taken aback by how terrific that experience was I contacted the regional manager. Again, the regional manager was appreciative and allowed me to talk about my initial experiences. I don't know if it was coincidence or not, but when I went back to the first gym, it was so much better. I tend to feel the regional manager was on it. I would say that if you have had feelings of hesitancy about about Planet Fitness, maybe reconsider. I'm glad I did. As a result I'm changing my initial score from 4 starts to 5.

In North Adams visiting family - the black card is great because there’s a PF just about everywhere I go. While the lockers are showing their age the place was super clean and the machines/equipment are in great condition. Equipment isn't checked and the bulbs for the tanning rooms have never been changed. On top of that they only have 3 stand up tanning rooms and that's all they have for tanning. Gym equipment is falling apart and looks dirty inside.

Can you work out here? Yes. Is it great? Nope. The stair master has been broken for over a month, no one fixes it, and they only have two. Staff greets you like they are supposed to but it's almost never genuine and you can tell they are made to do it. 3 under utilized tanning booths take up tons of space but you have to battle for a place to stretch because it's so small. I never see anyone use the massage chairs but you would have to climb over the people stretching do sit in them. They had a great manager but now she's been gone for months with no replacement. I do like the new water bottle filler when they change the filter.

Not upfront about fees. Apparently staff was new. Did inform about cancellation fee or annual fee. Ended up with over draft fee because I wasn't informed of annual fee date. Approximately 2 months after you sign up there's a $39.99 annual fee charged to your account on file. SMH

Dirty and worn down. I've been to many Planet Fitnesses that were cleaner and maintained better. The belts on the treadmills are worn, there are always candy wrappers in the cup holders, and the petal on the bike I used had a bad bearing.
