Ever since Chris has been the manager the gym has been SO CLEAN so organized esp the bathrooms & even the store hours being properly updated on google (I’m checking before thanksgiving) is so appreciated. Also the way the space is decorated for the holidays so so nice to see. Thank you for creating a great space for us to workout & feel safe! :)

I visited Planet Fitness in Wonderland, Revere this morning for a workout, and afterward, I went to use the massage chairs. I was the only person in that area, so I politely asked if the TV could be turned off. To my surprise, I was told that staff needed the manager’s permission to do so. The manager was on the phone endlessly, and I ended up waiting nearly 10 minutes.

Finally, another staff member arrived with the remote, telling me to follow her because she was “doing me a huge favor” by turning it off.

Why on earth should a paying member be forced to watch TV they don’t want, especially in an empty massage area? And why does something so simple require such a ridiculous process? This is not how a customer-focused gym should operate.

Today, September 12, 2025, at 3:45 PM, Wonderland planet fitness.
I had a bad experience with a woman at the register. She was very rude and had a lot of attitude. She needs more training on how to treat customers. She's rude and despotic. They should be more careful when hiring service staff. I've been a Planet Fitness member for over 17 years and I've never had such an uncomfortable experience. I left the gym, called to get the employee's name to file a report, and they rudely hung up on me. I hope the manager does something about this and educates these types of people more, or that they take classes on customer service.

Well, you can't beat the price and its hours are highly amenable with anyone's schedules, but how about getting rid of Fox News as your "news" channel for those doing cardio? Fox News is not a news channel; it's a politics channel that parrots everything Trump said 24/7. Not all of us want to see his face along with propaganda favorable to him while trying to escape with a workout. I'd be fine with no CNN as well but that monitor isn't really facing the elliptical and treadmill machines so it's not as much an issue.

I brought this up with an employee once and he just sort of shrugged his shoulders and said there was nothing he could do about it and then went back to his phone. I hope somebody who reads this will actually take action. I'm not saying no Trump--I'm saying no politics, because if anything we already get too much of it and we're looking to relax, not get angry.

Don't enjoy coming here, the men's locker room sucks and the showers do not drain, there is not even a bench in the changing stalls like in other planet fitness gyms, there are always groups of guys just hogging the mirrors taking selfies... my least favorite planet fitness

On vacation from Columbus, Ohio. This location is only 6 mins from our Airbnb. This gym was pretty awesome. Very spacious, double the equipment from most P.F. I mean seriously, a ton of free weights, bar bell and easy curls. Abs in one very cool room. I LOVE how the cables are set up. Not a long row, but a giant square. Glad I came here, will visit every day while in town!!!

This is the only Planet Fitness gym, in the area, where the showers don’t have hot water. Management has already been informed about it, but the problem persists.

They removed all but 6 elliptical machines which do not fit even a decent water bottle and you have to bend your neck down if you want to watch your phone or tablet. Never mind the weight machines are right up in your face. Also removed the 30 minute workout area. My opinion, not a good remodel! Will be in search of a new gym, however, this one is the closest and do not feeling like dealing with the Revere traffic. VERY DISAPPOINTING! Please be aware that the ellipticals fill up fast. But take your pick of a bike, treadmill, glider or stairs.

Thank you for the response, but I don't understand why this would happen, there are plenty (and too many) of every other machine and weights but PF canceled the ellipticals. SMH
The only reason I joined was for the numerous elliptical's, I was confident one would always be available, now it turns out to be a gamble "will I or won't I? " which I was trying to avoid by joining here.

Planet Fitness Wonderland Revere is our favorite place to workout. The team is friendly, available and helpful. They keep it clean and the equipment is very well maintained. It is rarely so crowded that we can't use a machine we like. Don't go there because we don't want a bigger crowd ;-)

Haven’t been here in a few months. I’ve always had a great experience at this location. Came back a few weeks ago to find only 7 elliptical machines! 5 were already occupied… this is crazy! So many people must be disappointed in the remodel. Get rid of some of the gliders or bikes and get more elliptical machines. I appreciate the extra dumbbell area with benches off to the side and understand space is limited but man, what a bummer to see only 7 machines.

You never have to wait for a cardio machine, even during peak hours. There are also plenty of machines for working each body part. The gym is always nice a clean! Great tanning and massage area here too!

I love the employees they're all so nice and friendly and helpful! Ryan is especially good at making you feel welcome and he is very approachable if I have any questions or want to use any if the accomodations that come with the black card. I love that you guys are open 24 hours, Monday through Thursday so I can come anytime that works for me. I also feel very comfortable working out there even though I'm a beginner and not in great shape. Unlike other gyms I've been to, at Planet Fitness I don't feel intimidated by the other people working out or the employees because of the easy going environment and great vibes. Thanks Revere Planet Fitness for helping me get back in shape and healthier again! 👍

So this particular pf has issues with how they treat certain members. Ie. Homeless or people who utilize their membership to take a hot shower. I've witnessed multiple instances with staff/or members harassing a person because of their social status, smh!

The worker Deana deserves a raise! When I walked in she greeted me with the sweetest smile and was so ready to welcome me in. I was transferring planet fitnesses and she assisted me so well, she got my information down and changed my card info as well. Not sure if she’s a lead but this girl deserves so much respect, she clearly knows what she’s doing and I can tell it gets busy, and she’s always accommodating everyone even when it got packed today. I really appreciated her services and Deana queen keep doing what you’re doing girl❤️

Great fitness center. The affordability of Planet Fitness is second to none. You can have a regular membership which will give you access to one location or the Black Card membership which will give you access to any Planet Fitness location to any location nationwide. Their no judgement philosophy is highly positive and uplifting. You also have access to a trainer who will show you how to use every piece of equipment in the gym. The from desk staff is extremely helpful. Very clean shower/locker/restroom area.

A nice gym with all of the equipment you need to accomplish a full body workout. Tons of cardio equipment and TVs. It’s typically not overly busy. As far as customer service, the front desk staff is friendly when they choose to greet you, which is about 60% of the time, when they aren’t nose down in their cell phone. The locker room sink counters are typically a water drenched mess. The sink design was horrible, and the sink area doesn’t seem to get the cleaning attention it needs. Gym also has several massage chairs and tanning options.

A academia é muito cheia e dependendo do horário é bem difícil malhar porque alguns equipamentos só tem 1 ou 2e tem muita gente disputando pra usar pela manhã de 7 às 10am e pela noite de 5 às 8pm são os horários de maior pico, mas em geral todo mundo é bem educado e respeita a vez do outro. Um coisa muito boa dessa unidade de wonderland é a disposição das máquinas na academia, que torna muito bom e prático fazer o treino numa sequência rápida. O espaço black é muito aconchegante e sempre está vazio ( isso é ótimo ).

Forget about using free weights or smith machines. It is a 30m wait on at midnight.

I do not understand why the gym has 500 cardio machines that no one uses and a small free weight section that is at capacity at all times.
