I was left with a disappointing impression at this location and eventually decided to cancel my membership. I often witnessed tense interactions between members, and staff support during those moments felt limited. When I approached staff with questions about gym regulations or policies, I rarely received clear answers, which made the environment feel disorganized. I also had an interaction with a staff member that came across unprofessional, which added to my concerns.

I do believe Planet Fitness has many great locations — but based on my experience, I would personally recommend trying a different branch.

I joined this planet fitness almost a year ago and it’s one of the best decisions I ever made. I’ve gotten in much better shape. I feel better. I have never been able to stick to a gym routine until now and the staff and the other members and the atmosphere have all been a part of my success. I really enjoy going in and seeing the different trainers, Sam and Kayla ( my favorite girl!) Victor and Christopher And Roland are all great. They’re always there to help show you how to use the equipment if you need it and they’re super encouraging. ( I’m sure there’s a few of you I’ve forgotten To mention, but all of the staff is terrific) Thank you for For contributing to my successful year at the gym. I look forward to 2026.

Oh, and the upgrades are really nice ! I love the new black card spa and the whole place is roomier.. Some of those areas off to the side felt really cramped before.

On Friday. October 31, 2025, at approximately 2:30 AM, I received unsolicited and threatening text messages from an unknown number. When I asked who it was, the person claimed we had spoken at Planet Fitness. I have never spoken to this individual. The messages become increasingly rude and threatening, not only towards me but also towards my 16-year old sister. We informed the person that sending a picture of their genitalia to a minor is illegal, but they continued to threaten us.
We contacted Planet Fitness and spoke with a person named Mike, who was unhelpful and suggested the person may have found us on social media. However, I rarely post on social media, and my sister and I are always together at the gym, never interacting with anyone besides staff at check-in when we go by. We believe that either a Planet Fitness employee provided this person with our information or that the person is an employee themselves.
When we reported this incident to the police, they were unhelpful and suggested that the person texting us was either someone we knew or that it was a prank. We are still deeply concerned because this person obtained our phone number through Planet Fitness, and we want this incident documented. it could affect other people It's weird that someone would just find our information from Planet Fitness where we go to work out at not feeling comfortable with our surroundings.

I’ve been a member for years and now coming in the gym during this Summer Pass for teen agers has been frustrating trying to workout. This has been a kids playground since it’s started groups of kids surrounding the machines making paying members not being able to use these machines…Honestly I’m thinking about canceling my membership and going some where else because this is frustrating

The new layout is great, more open and doesn’t feel like things are being cramped together like before. Staff is always friendly and helpful and informative. Best PF in town if you ask me. With the new layout and upgrades, this is easily the nicest Planet Fitness I’ve ever been too. I used to go here years ago before I loved to Florida. Workers there are always friendly, that hasn’t changed. But since moving I’ve been to so many planet fitnesses in Florida , Washington DC, Philly and more. THIS one had all the ones I’ve ever been to beat. So happy that such a nice one is in my hometown! My parents and autistic brother love it there and feel very comfortable, they go all the time.

I love this gym however the manger needs to do something about the girl who's there around 6am during the week, she makes it massive uncomfortable. She has the worst attitude problem and always makes you feel like you are bothering her when you go to the front desk. She is always wicked rude even when you treat her with respect. Everytime she is working it makes me not want to approach the front desk to use the services that I pay for it. She needs an attitude check, nobody wants to deal with that, especially early in the morning.

Was never informed there were classes when I joined and have no idea when and what classes are offered also people don't wipe down the equipment after use and it's really crowded most of the time except early morning or late night I wish they would expand as there is a vacant space right next door that would be perfect. Gym is so overcrowded I don't know how it's even allowed. I'd rather pay more and have limited memberships sold to avoid this

It's 1 dollar to join and 10 a month I joined in march 2023 two weeks later they take 30 dollars out of my account for a one time fee for something they never told me about so I go in to quit they charge me 58 dollars so for 3 weeks time it cost me 89 dollars this place is a total rip off

I must agree with member 1999 review. PM is so much more organized.
Monday was my first time working out during the evening hours.
I usually work out in the morning.
The members who are there then are normally respectful and are there to work out. There isn't any loitering around machines. If they are talking, they are good about moving over.
Just this one night, I can see they need staff who will get people in check.
I think Mike should pop in during the evening hour and see what's going on.
Because young members are disrespectful and hoarding the machines.
Papers towels and spray bottles aren't refilled.
Night time is scary, especially for women.

This is my preferred gym, love the place as it’s normally always clean and friendly.

Since this new summer special with the kids allowed free the gym feels unsafe as these kids make any comments they want about anyone, stare down women, and hit every piece of equipment possible without wiping a single one down.

I’m all for kids getting a taste of exercise and such but it’s making it unbearable for the regular gym MEMBERS who pay to use the space.

This will probably fall on deaf ears but it should at least be brought to the kids attentions how to actually be at a gym not just let them have free range.
