I have been a member here for over fourteen years and would not want to work out anywhere else. Erica and the staff are knowledgeable and personable. Other members are respectful. There is plenty of equipment and the place is spotless. Locker rooms are comfortable and showers have plenty of hot water. The a.c. works well in the summer, as does the heat in the winter. I feel fortunate to have found this gym.

This gym is on Rt 12 and has a shared plaza parking lot. They have updated their equipment relatively recently, massage chairs and some exercise machines. A family member hasn't been able to use the gym and the staff was able to put the account on hold for 3 months, very helpful.
This gym is the longest operating Planet Fitness in the Worcester area. The black card membership is worth it, you can use other PF gyms, bring a guest etc.
The bring a guest means I can use the gym when my family member visits and not pay extra. Limit 1 guest at a time of course lol.

I am visiting my family for a few weeks and the closest gym was PF. I was met by the staff and there was an issue with my membership, the staff was great and the issue was resolved in no time. I normally avoid PF but this club is different from others I have visited while traveling. This club was spotless, their machines were in perfect working order, there are enough machines to use even during peak hours, and there are more cables here than most free weight gyms I normally use. I would like to thank the staff for taking care of me and I highly recommend this gym to anyone, from beginner to pro.

I had a great experience at this planet fitness until it came to trying to cancel my membership. I go to school too far away to keep a membership at my home club and my school has a free gym for me to use. I have been able to cancel my membership over the phone previously and I understand it is not something that they usually do but given the circumstances I was hoping they would be able to so I wouldn’t be charged for an additional month. I was yelled at over the phone by the manager Erica who then hung up on me. I called back to try to settle the matter and spoke to a different manager. The other manager (Erica) began yelling from somewhere else in the room about she didn’t want to speak to me again and used some other strong language I will not be repeating. I then asked the man who was on the phone with me what her name was and he told me her name was Erica which then must have infuriated her because she decided to hop back on the phone and yell at me some more to which i decided was a good time to hang up. My mother than called and was met with the same rude tone and was met again with disdain by Erica in the flesh when she had to go in the middle of her work day to cancel my membership. I was still charged for the next month anyway so now I have to find a gym near my school so it’s not a waste. To further my point, Erica also once came in the locker room and yelled at my friend and I while we were trying to take progress pictures in the gym mirror while no one was in the locker room. If you can avoid running into her or dealing with her in general at this gym than it’s perfectly fine bc all of the other staff is lovely (for the most part).

Definitely bigger than it looks. This facility has more varied equipment than the other PF gyms in the area, and has the hydo massage beds. It has the widest range of equipment. The staff seem friendly. The showers aren't the greatest - there never seems to be consistent hot water. But otherwise, it's a win. This is my weekend spot, as it's closer to home than my weekday gym near work. I kind of wish the two were flip-flopped.

I have been going to this gym since 2006. It's bigger and better now. Lots of equipment that is well maintained. Nice area with free weigts as well. Plenty of room and usually not crowded. Showers are fine. Strictly for working out. There's no pool or sauna, but there are tanning rooms and massage beds and chairs. Black card gets extra benefits. No longer a 24/7 gym but hours are convenient. The price is nice. Friendly, helpful staff.

Place stinks, never no hot water, they only have one hot water heater, maybe it's the woman's one? The water is always piss warm, can't even take a hot shower. I guess the owner has known about this for a while, Cooperate should remove his license to have a planet Fitness if he can't keep it up to par. Plus the Handicapped shower is missing a seat, so someone could put it down and injure themselves. I'll go to Leominster one.

This gym has really went downhill over the last six months and it is very disappointing for a customer of over 15 years. The maintenance of the facilities is virtually nonexistent. They have also started to arbitrarily close all the showers, during a heavy volume time for cleaning. Come on if there are four showers then clean them two at a time!

Had to update my billing information. I spoke with Juwan. He was very calm and patient and provided quick and easy service to my account. In less than 2 minutes I was good to go! Also you will not find a cleaner gym than this one. Almost everyday I come to workout I see the employees cleaning the gym from top to bottom and its comforting to see. Knowing I can workout in a clean safe environment all the time. I have been coming to this gym for a long time and I have seen it in its worse condition. But right now it's in it's best looking shape because of the great staff and their dedication towards making it a better place for their members for years to come. I’ve been a Black Card member for about 6 years. I was here last week and a female employee reprimanded me for not wiping a bench I sat on briefly. She then stood a few feet from me complaining about me with a male who she repeatedly referred to as “my staff”. They then instructed a third person to go wipe down the bench I had previously used. They stared at me and made faces while talking loudly about how disgusted they were by me. I have never felt more uncomfortable and intimidated while in a gym. I called the complaint line and told a representative about my experience. She said I would be contacted by someone from this location, but I have not received any follow up.

Update and score increase: I came back about 9 months later. I was greeted, the staff was friendly and atmosphere felt better. I let the water run while I changed out of my clothes for my shower. The water finally was hot but only lasted a short time. I'm still a bit annoyed with the closeness of the machines but realize that's not going to change and is not an issue anyone is going to fix. Much better experience than when I came in August.

I used to go to this gym a few years ago. It was dirty and the staff was not pleasant. It's completely changed now. I ended up signing back up at the end of December in 2021 and I usually go in the early morning right when the gym opens. Unfortunately, I don't know his name but the usual guy that works in the early mornings is great. He's very friendly and helpful. He is always cleaning something as well. One of the staff here at West boylston RUDLEY approached, and not in a nice way....instructed on how to use the hip abductor and added if I don't do it that way,I will break the machine! Not only that she walked through the aisle of where I was working out complaining about who tearing up her machine...which I thought she was referring to the one she was fixing about the noise.I had no idea she was talking about me and my partner until she came up to us. She also kept going on about it to another member of who is messing up her machine"I hate it when people do that"!. How unprofessional! Your job is to educate you member! I Love this Planet fitness in many ways. There are so many types of different workout machines. They machines also teach you how to use them. There is an app that you cab yse to do many things with including checking in do not need a card ti gwt in just use the app. Wonderful staff and members are very polite they do thier own thing. The place also has a wonderful massage chair tanning beds and also an enhanced training workout. There are lockers bring your own lock, after you're done with your workout you can take a shower. Change your clothes. And they also have trainer's to help you if needed and also do on different days personal training. I recomend this place so much tvs to watch while working out too.
