I want to note a complaint about the employees of this club, as I encountered extremely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.
Employee Alex showed himself disgustingly: he spoke in a raised tone, behaved aggressively, looked at me with red eyes, creating a feeling of pressure and threat. Because of his behavior, I was forced to interrupt the conversation and asked to invite his colleague - Liliana.
However, Liliana refused to communicate with me for no reason. It seemed that she was protecting Alex and deliberately avoiding her duties. I just needed to get a simple confirmation that I was registered in the club - just a printout, but even this elementary action they refused to do.
Their behavior was disrespectful, rude and absolutely unprofessional. These two not only refused to help, but also completely ruined my mood and impression of the club.
I strongly do not recommend visiting this club until the situation with Alex and Liliana is resolved accordingly.

The gym itself is not bad, but the staff treats guests with a noticeable lack of respect. There is unnecessary nitpicking, and the overall attitude feels unprofessional. I was invited by friends to train here a few years ago, and unfortunately had a very negative experience. During my visit, I was involved in an incident where another member became physically aggressive toward me. What concerned me most was that staff did not intervene or provide support afterward. I was left feeling unsafe and dismissed.

Because of that, I chose not to return. Safety and proper staff response are essential in any fitness environment, and I truly hope improvements have been made since then.

I’ve been a member here for about five months and usually come in between 11 and 2 most days. I really like this gym. It is always clean, and the staff is especially welcoming and friendly.

I did just want to mention something I’ve noticed a few times during my visits. The manager and one of the trainers seem to be pretty affectionate with each other on shift. I’m not sure if they’re dating, but it comes across as unprofessional and can make things a little uncomfortable (I know I feel this way) for people working out nearby

It's to much to ask to have working showers and God for bid even a hint of warm water. Nope you get ice ice cold water to mess up your muscles.

Update 8/19/24 still no warm water at this facility its pathetic to have to drive past 2 planet fitness facilities and go to the third furthest away to be able to work out and shower. How hard is it to have warm water. Yes the facility have alot of people. Most the time no one is ever taking a shower. So the excuse it's busy is mute. There is never a line for the showers and there is rarely ever someone else in a stall. You have no excuse for no warm water besides pour managment. Why is your boiler or boilers not working

Been a member since March ‘21. The gym’s very close to home; hours have always suited my schedule. My daily workout is from 6-8 am 5-6 days a week, so a decent volume of folks getting it in before work. While “busy”, the place is not overwhelmed with members at that hour. Adequate equipment for my needs which include resistance and cardio. I have the basic membership and don’t even use the showers. What’s become apparent is the gym’s focus on cleanliness (floors, machines, supply of paper towels and cleaning solutions). This requires a lot of time—particularly keeping the equipment dusted. The supervisor, Regean, who’s been working there, I believe, since I enrolled, does a bang up job of keeping the place looking smart, while attending to other membership needs, all the while projecting a friendly, welcoming as well as professional approach to his role. He seems to have become one of the very few staff that has longevity at this location. You can’t overstate the importance of hiring and retaining staff that provide continuing and consistency. Yea, under $20/mo is way past being a bargain, but as someone who’s been going to gyms for decades, the overall value proposition at PF, and particularly this location is outstanding. Do what you can to retain a guy like Regean. He’s a critical part of the formula. KB

This is the best value gym experience anyone can have. Every business is forced to warp their model based on competative strategies adjacent businesses are employing. In this case anytime fitness close by has seen PF expand their hours offering a wider range for their customers. Roots gym nearby saw them expand and update their machinery keeping up with modern trends. the final product is the best gym around, with massage chairs, and hydromassage chairs, tanning beds and every piece of equipment necessary to excersise any muscle in the human body. spacious locker rooms and shower area, friendly staff. 25 bucks a month? My dad paid more than that for his gym membership in 1994.

I enjoy the convenience of the Planet Fitness in Westfield being open 24 hours. I work the night shit and a bunch of us go straight to the gym after our shift ends a midnight. The gym has tanning and various types of workout machines to use. I would recommend Planet Fitness in Westfield Massachusetts. 5 ☆stars

If your smart you wouldn't go to this gym I've had to go in there multiple times due to the fact that after I cancelled my membership they continued to charge me 25 every month it's coming to the point where I'm calling my bank asking to block any transactions from planet fitness and or sueing them for civil fraud I do not recommend this gym to anyone.

Very friendly staff at night, always respectful and helpful. I lost an earring here once and called to see if they had found it, the night worker went around looking for it until he found it for me. If you ask for help using a machine they are very kind and helpful.
It's very clean, I have even seen them look under the treadmills for dust, and clean things other gyms do not.
It's not too busy at night. I have some complaints about their weekend hours, but what can you do 🤷🏼‍♀️ you know no where is perfect!

I absolutely love this Planet Fitness location. It’s always clean, the staff is friendly, and the environment is welcoming. I want to give a big shoutout to Jessie — he helped me out last night when I had a few questions. He treated me with nothing but respect. You can tell he really cares about his job and the members.

While I do wish some of the machines were more up to date, the staff more than makes up for it.

. Anyone who comes here regularly knows how much effort the staff puts in. Along with Savannah and Billy, they all help create the kind of atmosphere Planet Fitness is known for — clean, friendly, and judgment-free.

I had a great experience thanks to Assistant Manager Jessie. I came in with a few concerns, and he took the time to really listen and help me out without brushing anything off. Very disappointed with this locations staff. Last night Not only was someone having a seizure and ignored by the staff. While the manager Jessie also had gone into the male changing room starting to harass and corner a member who has gone for a while now - over a review he had put. He had walked out of the changing room yelling profanities and slurs. As a “judgment and political free zone and safe place” you sure let that manager get away with bringing judgment and harassment to the customers there. Every time I’ve gone. He’s always been rude, never in the front when need assistance with anything. And after last nights events. I will no longer be attending this location and will make sure I inform everyone else I know to avoid that location as well. Very unprofessional, very unsafe and worrisome. There were never problems like THIS with Alex , Allen or Din. They always were helpful, professional, encouraging and truly made it a safe and drama free environment.

Every time I go in when Jesse & Sam are on shift the counter is empty for 10 minutes minimum while Jesse walks around trying to hold hands with Sam. Greetings! First I want to address how great all of the employees and management are. I have had some wonderful experiences on the daily with this staff. They are friendly, attentive, and helpful.

I recently had a surgery and they even helped me tie up my hair and lace my shoes. They truly care about their members and see the gym as not just a training facility, but a place for community and camaraderie.

This review would have received 5 🌟 if the gaggles of teens were not so overpowering. Let me explain...
Simply, they workout in large groups and tie up equipment for long periods of time. The gym is quite busy and people should be respectful and conscious of others as far as time on machines. "Gym etiquette 101" perhaps this should be a CBT prior to enrollment 😂

I’ve been a loyal customer of this place for several years, but I have to say that recent events have really left me disappointed. I was shocked and disheartened to learn that they fired one of their best employees, Ding. Not only was Ding always friendly and approachable, but he was also someone I looked forward to talking to whenever I visited. It’s really frustrating to see a place make decisions that negatively impact the people who actually made it a great experience. This move feels unnecessary, and it honestly leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I hope they reconsider their approach and value the employees who build meaningful connections with customers. Until then, I’m really questioning whether I’ll continue coming back.

Your Employee represents your company! Walked in today at 8/29/2024 3:47pm with my son to try the Free Day Pass. One guy behind the counter on a " Personal" phone call. Act like we interrupted him. Few people working out. No one behind us- a slow day... He finally got off the phone. We were told they do not offer Free Day Pass. But for $20 a person, we can try it out for ONE DAY! We walked out. Drove to Planet Fitness in West Springfield MA 12 minutes away. The Assistant Manager was kind enough to have us tour the gym. He offer us a free one time workout. Now, we are both joining Plant Fitness at West Springfield- NOT Westfield.

This is a superb location because:
1. It is extremely clean. The associates are constantly cleaning floors, equipment, refilling cleaning sprays and paper towels. Even the manager helps clean. That is impressive, leading by example.
2. There are multiple pieces of equipment that are used to exercise various parts of the body. There is rarely any wait time, and members are courteous enough not to monopolize a machine.
3. The Hydro Massage and Massage chairs are awesome.
4.Whenever I come in the Manager, "Q", greats me and others by name. As I continued my membership and interacted with more and more associates, and the trainer, 'Nick', they address me by name and give fist bumps. They are extremely customer oriented.
5. The hours are convenient.
6. The parking lot is very large and always properly cleaned when it snows, and spread treatments when it develops ice.

I generally enjoy my workouts here, friendly staff and friendly people. There are many times when the paper towel dispensers are empty. Some of them will not feed correctly and should either be repaired or replaced. Today, two were empty and one was broken. It is smaller than most PF's that I've been to and everyone would benefit from a larger facility, maybe just down the road in the plaza. It can get very crowded.

This gym is way too small for the amount of people who frequent here- some days I’m wondering if it’s even to code with how many people are in the building. Forget about using the smith machine from 4-8pm because it’s in constant use- and expect to wait for most machines. Zero room by the weight rack between these hours as well- can’t even tell you how many times a dude has stood infront of me while I’m standing at the mirror just because there’s nowhere else to go. I drive an extra 30 minutes now to the one in Bloomfield just because I’ve been so frustrated with waiting at this one- spend half your workout standing around. It should be 3x the size. That being said- the front staff are superb and very friendly

First thing I do is check my app and it shows 3 bars out of many that show it's not busy. I get there and the place is packed.

Get into the locker room to change and the floor is absolutely soaked.

Go to put my keys on the key holder and they don't even have that anymore. It's gone!

Now I go to stretch and have keys in my pocket. But wait! There's no room to stretch at all. There is no stretching area and if you do want to you have to stretch around machines which is awkward.

Absolutely no room to stretch when you have 2 rooms empty not being used at all.

Manager walked away from me mid conversation after he told me there was no place for keys and then laughed at me when I said I already paid in full for the year.

This place is simply dysfunctional and don't see myself coming here again.

Planned on an account 'freeze' but found that freezing the account and/or cancelling requires an in person visit. This was after half hour of trying to sign in to their website and reach a person at headquarters. There is no reason to require an in person visit (or registered mail) to stop a membership other than to inconvenience customer in hopes they will delay the cancellation.
