I didn’t know what to expect from a yoga class filled with playful puppies, but this experience exceeded every expectation. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of joy. The instructor guided us through gentle stretches and calming breathing, while the puppies wandered, cuddled, and occasionally curled up on our mats. It was impossible not to smile the entire time.
What I loved most was how the class balanced relaxation with pure happiness. The puppies added an uplifting, comforting energy that made the session feel therapeutic in a completely different way. It was great for all levels, whether you’re flexible or not, the focus is really on enjoying the moment.
The space was clean, the staff was friendly, and you could tell the puppies were well cared for and socialized.
If you’re looking for stress relief, emotional recharge, or just a unique and adorable experience, I HIGHLY recommend Yoga With Puppies. It’s impossible to leave without feeling lighter, happier, and full of love. I would definitely do it again!

Had an amazing time. First time doing yoga and instructor was very accommodating. The puppies were so adorable 🥰. They brought me so much joy as I stretched. We also got social time with puppies after the yoga session. Lastly staff was very friendly. Definitely recommend going here!

My husband and I have attended classes at all of the puppy yoga studios in Boston and Puppy Sphere by far provided us with the most thoughtful (they serve wellness drinks!), clean (their staff is on top of the puppy accidents!), and enjoyable experiences. Their staff would actively ensure that each guests interact with at least one puppy either during yoga or the social time, which is super important for some of us who are there for the puppies!!!

It was a fun to be around puppies, but I felt the experience didn’t match the price point. The class didn’t have true yoga instruction. The instructor offered minimal guidance and explanation of form / positions. Cute puppies, but not worth $60+ imo, maybe closer to $30

We did not receive any cancellation email or message, and ended up waiting 40 minutes before another member of the class received an email.
Their email falsely claimed that we were emailed in the morning and was generally unapologetic. I had a great experience on multiple occasions at the New York locations, so it is disappointing about the low quality of customer service.
