Terrible customer service. I needed help because my reservation suddenly appeared as canceled, and I was trying to avoid losing my money. The staff member wearing the “Puppies & Yoga” shirt kept repeating, “Oh, I’m sorry! I work here, but I can’t answer any of your questions. I can’t help you.”

I asked her why she couldn’t assist me if she was literally standing there, working at the place, and she just kept saying that I had to email them. No explanation, no attempt to find a solution, nothing. She refused to help, refused to check anything, and refused to let me enter the class I had already paid for.

She also told me they don’t have a phone number, no manager available, and no one who could actually speak to me — everything had to be “handled by email,” which is obviously not the same when you’re standing there needing immediate help.

In the end, I lost the money for my class, with no refund, no assistance, and absolutely no accountability. We pay for these experiences with excitement and expectations, but this place leaves you alone when something goes wrong and no one is willing to help.

I do not recommend this place at all. Nobody helps you, nobody takes responsibility, and you can easily lose your money.

Be careful with this people and company , at the time that you want to reschedule or cancel they’re gonna stop answering as result to make you waste your money or take it away how ever you want to see it

Such a wonderful place, where you'll find a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere in a picturesque location right in the city center, friendly staff, and adorable puppies who are cared for with the utmost attentiveness and love, which I undoubtedly recommend. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

OMG IT WAS SO FUN! I went 7/26 and I had a blast. Made me not only fall in love with the puppies, but also give me the motivation I’ve been looking for to better myself and get myself back in shape! It may have been a beginner class but for me it was a perfect mix between easy and slightly difficult but I persevered. ANYWAYS! it’s a cutesy little place so don’t be frightened because it’s in that alleyway. Super duper clean, and staff is super friendly! I will definitely be coming back. Not a single bad thing that I have to say. This place is perfect for me.

Fellow Irish girl here who was spending two weeks in Boston and this class was top of my list and it definitely didn’t disappoint!! I had the best time at this class, such friendly staff, puppies well looked after and extremely friendly! The only bad thing I could say was I was hoping to see dachshunds as they are my favourite puppy but the puppies we did have were absolutely lovely. Thank you pups&yoga for such a lovely experience and I would love to come again !!

I absolutely love coming here. Classes are a good length and the structure makes sure you actually do some yoga/stretch and get a workout. The dogs are well taken care of and the studio is clean. The instructors are knowledgeable and have a good flow. Highly highly recommend!

March 16, 2025. We fell severely ill with a stomach flu and, out of consideration for everyone’s health, reached out to reschedule our session. Instead of basic decency, we were met with a rigid “no refunds beyond three days” policy. It’s appalling that they would rather risk the well-being of their own puppies—along with every participant in a close-contact yoga class—just to pocket an admission fee. Prioritizing profit over public health and the safety of innocent animals is beyond unethical. This place is a disgrace. Avoid at all costs.

Have done 3 classes so far and can’t wait to do more. Love that you guys make sure everyone gets their puppy snuggles in. It’s nice to see the puppies get some well deserved rest in between classes.

As a breeder i would like to comment my experience with pups & yoga has been great! I want to correct Leah’s comments, pups were not sick! Just unfortunately yesterday class march 2 our pups had a accident due to anxiety and they came off of a two hours drive. It was simple a upset stomach. The rest of the day was wonderful. And as a breeder bringing puppies to Puppies and Yoga, these guys are five star again and again their attention to Making sure people have great experiences and understand working with animals you have to unexpected and I saw that they handled the situation with grace & professional

The black labs in our class were let out to play with us and immediately started peeing and pooping all over the studio. The dogs were visibly sick and continuing to poop on the mats and floor. Overall very sad experience with sick animals.

I had SO much fun here. 10/10 recommend to everyone. It was so therapeutic & exceeded my standards. Super attentive staff, amazing yoga instructor that engaged us throughout the session, and clean puppies. The breeder was also super nice and ethical regarding downtime for the puppies to rest and keeping them hydrated throughout. My only complaint is that this experience made it so hard to leave without a puppy of my own 🥹🥹 Well done Pups&Yoga. Will be back for more cuddles 🤍🤍🤍
