1000% The best yoga studio on the Cape. Can't recommend enough. The owner Lee is an absolute gem, as are all of the instructors she brings in. Lee also practices Thai Massage which has saved my back many a time. Don't look any further, this is your spot for waterfront, heart opening, body moving, soulful yoga!

I have been a student of Lee’s for at least 6 years now. I attend her classes in person when I am in Wellfleet and join her virtual class when I’m not in Wellfleet. She is an outstanding teacher, carefully and thoughtfully guiding us through our yoga practice. Students of all skill levels and ages can benefit from her classes.

Lee is a wonderful teacher. Her classes are so thoughtful. Each class has its own unique focus and is part of a larger theme or pattern for the week. The whole experience is enhanced by the lovely view from the studio.

Lee is an incredibly knowledgeable and deeply skillful teacher. Practicing with her at this gorgeous studio with the doors open to the salt marsh (or at the beach!) is one of the highlights of our annual trip to Wellfleet.
