About the Club

Rachel’s Space is boutique basement home yoga studio space offering, privates, semi privates, couples and groups. This space created to help people slow down, heal from trauma , regulate, find pockets of inner peace, restore and take deep rest through sound, movement, breathe and meditation.
Access to studio is down the driveway & head towards the garage. Open the white gate you will see a glass sliding door welcome to Rachel’s Space!
If the door is locked a class or private session is still is happening so feel free to chill out on the chairs or picnic table in the back yard.

As this is a home studio please be quite & mindful of when arriving & leaving as a courtesy to our lovely neighbors.

Rachel is incredible! I've been seeing her for 5 years for massage and body work, and she has helped me so much through multiple injuries and tension patterns. Rachel is that perfect combo of being very talented at what she does while also making sure to always listen to the people she works with to take in their feedback about their experiences. She uses unique blends of different types of body and energy work, together with yoga and make activation, that's tailored for each individual client. Before meeting with Rachel I was feeling low energy, some digestive issues, and very disconnected from myself. Rachel had a beautiful way of following my lead in session, checking in to see what would feel most beneficial for me. She ended up getting me set up in a very comfortable meditation position (covered in blankets, sand bags and an eye pillow for extra comfort!) and offered sound healing and gentle invitations for visualization. The whole process allowed me to relax fully and feel held in exactly the way I was craving. The following day I felt more present and connected to myself and others than I had in months. Thank you, thank you Rachel! You are a true healer.

My partner and I loved our session with Rachel! We signed up for a private sound bath and restorative yoga session. She was nurturing, calming and understanding of our needs. She provided tea, yoga props, sound healing, meditation, aromatherapy and breathwork. She also pulled some cards for us prior to arriving and we enjoyed reflecting on these even after the visit. The space is amazing and we will definitely do it again.

Rachel is a healer in the truest form. She is amazing. She is so intuitive and knows exactly what you need from the moment you walk in the door. Her space has such amazing energy. Rachel incorporates essential oils, sound healing, yoga and massage and will tailor the experience to your needs on that day. I also highly recommend her vagus nerve reset massage which aims to reset your vagus nerve-the next day, I felt like I could breath more easily, stand and walk taller as well as a significant reduction in bloating! Her sessions aren't just massage-they are a true experience that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and more energetic. After weeks of feeling misaligned and ungrounded due to chronic stress and life changes, I went to Rachel and afterward felt aligned spiritually, mentally and physically-it was amazing! She also makes sure to check in and see how you are doing post session and any recommendations to support your overall well being! I highly recommend!

Rachel has an extensive knowledge of all things essential oils, yoga, sound bowls, and body work. Her sessions are unlike other places because all these are incorporated. She takes time to understand her clien'ss needs and gives them options for treatment. Spiritually speaking, she has a gift to identify problem areas and correct them. You can tell that she has a true passion for her work, because that comes out in her hands and the love and care she gives when you walk through the door. The space itself is also very inviting, and you will leave feeling like a new person. She's great about following up to to make sure you are okay after the session. Highly highly highly recommend. I would go everyday if I could!

I think of Rachel as someone with a super power. She has brought me to well-being after a bad skiing accident and a broken hip from being hit by a car while on my bike.
