I cannot say enough good things about MVP. I nervously joined because I needed to lose some weight and get in shape. My fitness level was as low as it could be but I had to start somewhere. I am so so glad I started here. I was welcomed and encouraged and helped every step of the way. The owner and the trainers are so incredibly helpful. I needed a lot of support and that's exactly what I got. Someone is always available to listen and help. The classes are great- whether you're in great shape already or you're not in shape at all, you will be challenged to a point that suits you individually. Lots of nutritional information and guidance/ planning available too. If you want to make big changes in your life and you don't know where to start or feel nervous about starting- just call or walk in the door. They will get you there!!! My only regret is that I didn't start there sooner.

Iβm new to this style of working out. If you want to feel like you worked out this is the way to go. In the past I never sweat when working out. Different story now!!!! The fitness coaches at MVP are passionate about their roll in helping you to achieve your fitness goals. Iβm very happy here only wish I started sooner.

I love going to the gym there is no judgement from anyone on shape or size! We all work together to get the most out of every class. Personally love the boxing classes. Also great that I can get workouts and nutrition info through the app even while at college!

Todd sets measurable goals for each of the members of MVP and regularly monitors performance! He helps provide strong evidence of achieving your goals and keeping you motivated and on track! If you take the initiative and follow your nutritional plan you will succeed! In just six weeks I lost over ten inches! MVP is a healthy environment with many positive role models. Overall itβs a great place!

If you're looking to get stronger, lose weight and build your self confidence then this is the gym for you! I have tried several other establishments and tried other programs and absolutely nothing compares to MVP! Todd Selva has done a fantastic job making sure everyone feels welcome and helping you realize your fitness goals! I feel like I am part of a team here and feel myself getting stronger everyday. Not to mention I am losing weight and can walk with my head held high now! All the coaches, Jes, Mike, Mason and Kristin are also amazing!

The trainers are professional and highly motivational. The classes are filled with friendly people of all skill levels, I highly recommend Todd's kickboxing class. It was a class I attended for a fun, now I am hooked and look forward to each class.
I started the Summer physically fit at 175, now after consistently attending Kickboxing and Mason's Athlete class, I am in the best shape of my life at 180 lifting more than ever.
After 5 years of working out and playing sports, MVP Strength is hands down the best gym with the best trainers.

I followed Todd from another gym because of how well he motivates and explains the reason behind an exercise. I'm 54 and trying to lose weight. I've dropped 35lbs and moving towards my goal weight thanks to MVP. I also feel stronger and more healthy. MVP has a terrific class design to keep things interesting while getting a full body workout in an hour. The class sizes are small so Todd can give personal attention to whoever needs it. It's a perfect place for someone with little to no experience with working out at a gym. I've never felt intimidated, always excepted. The other members are super supportive and encourage you all the way. I would strongly recommend MVP Strength camp
