I’ve been coming to renew yoga for several years and have always felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. I have practiced yoga for over 30 years and have found the community and energy at this studio to be very special- and the best I’ve ever experienced in my yoga practice. The staff is warm, respectful, and treats everyone with kindness—no matter who you are. It’s clear the staff at Renew goes out of their way to create a supportive, inclusive environment. I’ve seen the staff at Renew even handle challenging moments with calm and professionalism. This studio is a true gem in the community and I am eternally grateful to be a member at this amazing place.

This early I got and gave the gift that is yoga. My brief return to mhead was time to come home and time to renew. With good friend B we enjoyed Aly‘s vinyasa. Aly‘s an experienced teacher whose wisdom belies a soft yet challenging guidance. Each pose is individualized or can be. With time to start and finish with awareness.look fwd to returning.

This studio is very clean and has great facilities - they even have changing rooms and a shower!

However, I signed up for the Power Hour class through MindBody where there is no indication that it's a hot yoga class. I was caught pretty off guard when I arrived and the instructor asked me how well I handle heat. I don't love it but I managed to follow along pretty well.

If you're looking for an intensely challenging hot flow then this place is for you. Otherwise maybe check out their warm restorative class.

This is a fantastic Yoga studio both in practice and in feel. The owners and teachers lead with kindness, knowledge and patience. But it's the practice itself that shines through here: if you like a physical challenge and want a psychological and emotional boost just try it. Seriously try it!

This studio is fantastic. Lots of parking and easily accessible. The space is cozy and inviting, it’s hot af and the teachers are top notch. If you’re looking for a place to practice hot yoga this is it.
