About the Club

Repetto Kinetic Training is a private strength and conditioning studio founded by owner and head strength coach Mike Repetto. If you're an athlete, powerlifter, or a person that wants to learn the fundamentals of strength training with expert coaching than this is the right gym for you. This is not a membership based gym where you come in to do your own workout. Each member will receive coaching from Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Mike Repetto.

I cannot say enough good things about RKT and Mike R. He is literally THE BEST! The training is individualized and he has a plan to help you realize your fitness goals (and, in my case, surpass those goals beyond my wildest dreams). Mike is extremely knowledgable about the human body, fitness, and how to build strength. He is fun, friendly, and a total riot. You will smile while getting fit. And, best of all, the value for money is unsurpassed. You will look and feel like a million bucks, for a fraction of the price of many pricey gyms or personal trainers! He works hard for his clients. He is reliable (he has never once cancelled a session or been late). He tracks your goals and progress and comes up with a plan FOR YOU. He's the best.

As someone who used to be a runner and was once part of the CrossFit crowd, I was looking for somewhere I could work out in peace and focus on lifting without the time crunch or hyper-competitive environment. Mike is super knowledgeable, patient, and really listens to your goals. You can work out alone or in a super small group. Ideal for me and you get that individual attention.

When I started with Mike My back and knee's hurt every day. Mike introduced me to his training method with stretching and conditioning. Mike is a very professional strength and conditioning coach with a high understanding of biomechanics and how to apply it effectively to an exercise program. He always makes sure my form is good and property to maximize my results in the gym.

I’ve had several trainers over the past few years and I also work out on my own fairly regularly. But until I started training with Mike, I didn’t know what true fitness was. Mike changed all that. He thinks about the needs of the trainee and creates a targeted and highly effective workout that he modifies over time as progress is made. It’s amazing how insightful he is about my strengths and weaknesses. His program has been highly effective, and people remark about how good I look – β€˜What are you doing differently?’ is a common question I get. The difference is Mike! His workouts are challenging, give fantastic results, and are fun all at the same time. I’m 65 years old and am far more fit than people decades younger than me.
