About the Club

Regardless of where your fitness level is today, we are ready to help you get to where you want to be. One of the things that separates us from other fitness facilities is our determination to actively monitor your progress. We provide you with the tools to track your objectives and workout results while our coaches help you to remain on track. Our goal oriented, hands-on approach is one of the primary reasons we are considered one of the premiere fitness affiliates in the Northeast. ​It will be a pleasure to welcome you and your family to our community!

The Thrive 55+ Class is perfect for us old timers! We are encouraged to challenge ourselves but accommodations are always made to help us with our limitations or injuries. I came back after 2 hip replacements and was able to build my strength back up with help from the great coaches. Everyone is approachable, knowledgeable, fun and super nice!

I love Resilience fitness ! This is a clean,well maintained gym .The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable , motivating and friendly !
When I recently experienced a knee injury, the coaches designed tailored workouts and patiently guided me through modifications for the exercises . It gave me confidence to keep moving forward !
This gym became a healing space for me when I experienced the heart breaking loss of someone very close. My instructors were understanding and encouraging !

Great program for the middle school kids. They stay in motion, learn basic exercise movements & principles, make new friends, and generally get fitter. My 12-year old has been doing it for months, and his health and self-esteem have been seriously boosted!

I’ve been a member for over two years now and highly recommend to ANYONE looking to increase their level of fitness. I am leaner, with more muscle, and have an easier time keeping up with my 16-year old on the ski slope, hiking, or biking. I enjoy the commitment of registering for a class time so it’s on my calendar. There is also a fantastic sense of community and positivity here. I do “Rush” which is a little less intense than CrossFit with a bit more cardio. You can gear it to your level of fitness and see yourself improve over time. I’m over 50 and feeling strong and healthy thanks to Resilience and their great coaches!

I started at Resilience in January of 2024 to train for a trip I was taking in June. I tried 4 CrossFit gyms before committing to Resilience - decision was easy! To start I had three 1x1 intro sessions with Brooks which was super helpful to feel comfortable with all the CrossFit movements that were at the time...very unfamiliar. The consistent training for five months exceeded my expectations - my cardio & strength were well above where I thought it could be in such a short amount of time! What impressed me the most though, was the staff's expertise and tailored feedback/attention in medium - large groups.

I only expected to stay until June, but the community & coaches is what has kept me there! On top of doing CrossFit classes, I recently started doing one personal training session with Josh a month. Highly recommended this combination! The personal training has made a HUGE difference in my ability to move and progress in complicated CrossFit workouts.

The coaches, the members, the programming, and the facility make this the BEST. If you live close to Hopkinton or work nearby, you really should come by and experience the Resilience community. Its not just a gym. Its also not just hard core crossfit so don't be intimidated by that. I have been to countless gyms and Crossfit locations across the country and Internationally. I came to Resilience 3.5 years ago. I was tired of looking in the mirror and disliking what was staring back at me. I had enjoyed being a part of various gyms YEARS ago but had let the constant physicality of my work be my excuse in not having a more targeted workout routine. I tried the “Jump Start “ program right before the holiday season and was absolutely HOOKED! The owners constantly talk about this gym’s unique “community” and it is unlike any other gym I have been a part of. There are always new folks to meet and EVERYONE is so welcoming. I am constantly amazed with their workout programming. Other than occasional benchmark workouts that allow you to chart your fitness progression EVERY workout is different which keeps me motivated. Their staff is exceptional as they ALL go above and beyond to try and bring the most out of each and every person. I can’t say enough about this business it’s top notch!!

I had the opportunity to drop in at Resilience while I was visiting MA. This gym is awesome! The owner Jamie was beyond accommodating to us. All the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Even the members took time to say hi and smile at us. The gym itself is huge and has everything. They even have a huge rig outside where I picture them having all kinds of fun events during the warmer months. Easy to get to, tons of parking, it was perfect.
