Since 2023, I’ve been training at Revamp with the sole purpose of living a better life step by step. This steps have been small, but one thing I’ve learned while here is that small is still forward. Through one on one coaching with Jeremy, group sessions with other members of the community, and taking what I’ve been able to learn there and applying it on my own, the results have paid in dividends.

Weight loss is just one of a number of ways my life has changed for the better. I’ve been able to keep up with standard cardio workouts and develop a steady calisthenics routine which means I’ve much more mobile than before.

I started with Jeremy after not working out for two years since having back surgery. Before surgery, I had to walk with a cane for a year. I could not have known when I first visited the Revamp studio last Fall that it would quickly become a home and sanctuary for me and also for my family. Before this visit, I unfortunately had always had negative experiences in gyms; but this was no ordinary gym. I went wanting to build strength again after having my daughter and was met with both challenge and compassion during each of my sessions. Even more, I found friends who felt like family, who encouraged me to believe in my strength and were quick to quite literally lift me off the floor when a plank or lift laid me out. I've been working out and training to the edge of my capacity, but I am also laughing, dancing in between sets, and sharing stories with my trainers. I felt good inside and out, which made it easy to keep going back. And when life got too crazy and I needed a break, my trainers made sure to check in on me and patiently encouraged my return. I'm grateful that I've been able to share this space with my partner and kids during Revamp events like Game Night or the holiday party, as well as with family members who are now deeply engaged as well. I'm so excited to continue my journey with Revamp and keep pushing myself to overcome challenges I once thought not possible. So thankful to the team!

If I could give more than 5 stars to Julio at Revamp training then I would! Before I started working with Julio back in November, I had no previous gym experience and I was pretty nervous to start working out with a personal trainer. I shouldn't have worried though, because Julio has made me feel comfortable and confident ever since our first meeting. Jeremy has been an incredible personal trainer, not just for me but also for my two teenagers. His expertise, encouragement, and genuine dedication to his clients really shine through. Jeremy is such a fabulous personal trainer! When I started training with Jeremy, my goal was to become more confident with strength training and improve my form so that I could lift heavy. He shared a lot of techniques with me and we worked on my range of motion and form together. He is very encouraging during workouts but firm too. I definitely trained harder with him. In my last session I deadlifted 175! That was a lot for me. Jeremy is very knowledgeable and has a great YouTube channel in which he breaks down the latest exercise science research. You know the moment right before you give up? Your entire body hurts, your muscles are tense and everything in you is telling you to stop. Every time I have reached that level, I have given up and, as a result, I wasn’t able to break through my next potential. That’s where Jeremy Colon comes in. All the times I am unable to push myself, he pushes me to hold for a few more seconds that overtime turn into minutes and eventually translate into my stamina increasing. As much as it is an amazing thing to put all those expectations on to someone and for them to meet them all, it is also rare. I have been to many gyms throughout my adult life, from crossfit to dance, but none of them gave me room to be consistent. After a while, I would plateau and get discouraged. The difference with Jeremy is that he makes it impossible to get discouraged because he is always a phone call or text away. He has addressed and taken care of every aspect of my health, from the workouts we do during our sessions to my meal plan. He has gone as far as to give me a detailed plan of the workouts I should do when I am on my own. All that, after checking in with me and making sure I am comfortable each step of the way. As long as you are committed and honest with yourself, it is impossible to fail Jeremy’s plan. I have seen my body go from not having enough strength to being able to stay in a plank for a minute straight. Beyond the aesthetics, I have gained education which will stay with me for the rest of my life. That is priceless. On a personal level, Jeremy is fun and positive. He believes in me during moments that I might not fully believe in myself. He encourages me to keep going without making me feel bad about myself. He wants me to be in the best shape I can be, but he believes that I have to want it more for myself and he is so right. Discipline comes from within and I am learning that daily. Booking a session with Jeremy is the best thing you can do to start your health journey. As hard as you work, as much of yourself as you put into everything and everyone around you, see these sessions as a reward because they truly are. Do it for yourself.

I've known Jeremy Colon very well. I first started working out with him during High School over 8 years ago. During the summers we'd workout at Lesley College when I first saw his passion in fitness. A couple years later I found out he worked for GNC and went to him for nutritional advice.
Jeremy has been a positive influence in my life. He always motivated me to work hard and pursue my dreams. He has a positive attitude towards everything no matter what. Recently I've wanted to pursue a fitness career and Jeremy was the first to help give me advice. If I ever need any help, he's there to provide it and goes above and beyond without asking anything in return. He has helped me with my injuries from the past and I'm always learning new exercises from him. If you're looking for somebody to help you achieve your goals, he is the first person that comes to mind.
In terms of the fitness center, I have seen it grow month to month. Jeremy is constantly making changes and adjustments, adding new equipment, and making sure his studio is clean. I highly recommend working out at his studio.
