We are a small group training and one on one personal training facility and are family owned and operated. Owners, husband and wife, Sean and Erin McDermott have been in the fitness industry combined for over 60 years. The focus is on strength and resistance training, functional training, nutrition and body transformations. You will never be intimidated in our small center that is full of community and comradery.

Working with Erin has been phenomenal! She knows her stuff and got me on track for seeing results. I learned about macros and weight training and couldn't be happier with my progress at this point. Building the physique you want takes time and dedication and I am still on this journey and will be for a long time. If you aren't motivated it won't work for you so plan on putting in the work it you want it bad enough. Questions were always answered quickly and the weekly calls are motivational. Erin truly cares and wants to see you succeed. You just can't go wrong with Revolution Fitness!

Erin and Sean at Revolution Fitness are Incredible and the Real Deal when it comes to the perfect team of knowledge, motivation and guidance on getting healthy and strong. They have the knowledge with both nutrition AND fitness and the "no excuse" approach to getting it done and achieving goals. Their facility is INCREDIBLE and I wish I lived closer to them because they have awesome equipment and a perfect setup. But even working with them mostly online was KEY! If you are looking to see change and results and learn in the process - Revolution Fitness with Sean and Erin is the place to be!!! HANDS DOWN!

Coach Erin (and Sean) and Revolution Fitness are outstanding. Their knowledge is notches above so many other trainers. Even though I used to be a trainer myself, I hired Erin as my 67th birthday present to myself and got fabulous results. To say she knows what she's doing is an understatement. Highly recommend.

Erin and Sean are amazing! Revolution Fitness is the best place for one on one and small group personal training. I’ve done both and worked with both Erin and Sean!!! The small group training is amazing because everyone is uplifting and supports each other when doing the workouts, while Erin and Sean make sure you’re doing the exercise correctly and with proper form. They combine strength training and cardio, with a focus on strength training. Which I love!! I’ve personally seen results and lost 30 pounds gaining muscle and becoming stronger. You have to put in the work. It’s not a quick fix, it's a lifestyle change. Erin will give you all the tools to succeed; meal prep, bringing your food and plan ahead. The hardest part is changing your bad eating habits but Erin will give you a macro plan and change that plan as you lose weight and gain muscle so that you will succeed. It takes time, but in a few months you’ll see amazing results. Everyone has their own journey but Erin will push you as long as you’re willing to take accountability and put in the work!!

LITEREALLY LIFECHANGING. Thank you so much to Erin for taking me through the process. I started with her and we worked on the foundations like everyone else. I admit I didn't want to but after going through the initial foundation program I felt my body in more alignment and cohesively strong. I had confidence in my form that I didn't realize until she started my custom workouts. It was also nice to know that everyone goes through the foundations especially after seeing her other clients results that are further along than me. I'm so glad I sucked it up and got out of my own way, trusted the program and the process and now seeing it all come together. Thank you so much Erin!!

HEADS UP!!!!
Erin does cookie cutter programs and does not think outside the box when it comes to coaching. She put a group of women all on the same exact workout program. Same exact workouts on the same exact days. I had questions about the exercises and Erin would tell me to watch the videos again. I told her that I didn’t quite understand the video versus the lift she programmed and she told me again to watch the videos.
I asked for advice when eating out and Erin couldn’t give me any guidance other than to cook my food and take it with me because everything else has “a bunch of junk” in it. I hired a different company and they gave a little booklet for advice on healthy choices eating out. I told Erin that this wasn’t what I paid for and would like a refund. Erin left me several nasty messages and continued with more of them for several days! She was very unprofessional and her behavior was very concerning! I paid $2,500 and had to have my credit card company dispute the charges to get the rest of my money back. Luckily, IT WAS MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY who was able to recover the COMPLETE charges as you can see in the photos provided! I do not recommend them! I would look elsewhere for hiring a coach!

I did a 12 week challenge with Erin. She gave me the recipe for success. I followed her plan to the best of my ability. I lost 18 pounds and gained muscle and confidence in myself. The weekly checkins and zoom meetings were motivational and kept us all on track. The photo shoot at the end pushes you to achieve and was really fun! I was very happy with my results and I am going back for more at the end of summer to see what more I can accomplish.

Hi my name is Jen and I have been an online client of Erin’s since August 2023- present. Erin has provided me with one on one guidance on my nutrition, macros, and provided me with an individual workout plan that is specific to my goals. My goal was to compete in my first ever bodybuilding show which I did at the end of June and won in my age group ( 50 and over-). I also placed 2nd in 40 and over as well as 4th in 20 and over novice. When I first started I had fat and weight to lose as well needing to build muscle.There is nothing cookie cutter about her program. I couldn’t have reached my goal without the individualized coaching program Erin provides. She is an RN who not only has a strong medical background but has studied nutrition, fitness, coaching as well as is a competitor herself. She works hard to bring her clients the newest information related to health and fitness. She knows what she is talking about and has developed a program that brings you to your goals if you drop your excuses and follow her plan. As an online client she has always answered any questions in a timely manner. She provides support to her clients in many ways. She does have a Facebook group where we can support and cheer each other on as well as ask questions of her. She always answers our questions in a timely manner. Erin provides a group zoom meeting every week where we can ask questions and check in. She also provides individual check ins every week where you submit your weekly photos and discuss changes that might need to be made in your workouts or nutrition. This is an individual conversation with just her. My sister also works with Erin and I just want to say here that her workouts and macros are totally different from mine based on our goals and our own individual nutritional needs. Having been in her program for a year and gotten to know many of the women in her group or workout plans and nutrition goals are all individualized.Erin also provides individual times in the week to meet or chat if you have questions or concerns. She is always reachable and approachable. As I stated I never would have reached my goal of doing a show without her expertise coaching. It was one of the hardest things I have ever done but her support and guidance as a coach Is what got me there. We talked almost everyday online or or via zoom almost everyday in the last 6-8 weeks leading up to my show. If that’s not individualized coaching, I don’t know what is. I would definitely recommend Erin if you’re looking to reach your goals with the support and coaching of an expert! I am a 52 year old, post menopausal woman who was able to take my body to the next level because of the right coach to get me there! I couldn’t be happier for doing so!

Revolution Fitness is awesome. Sean and Erin are the best of the best when it comes to exercise, nutrition and overall health. I worked with Erin for 7 months and lost 22 lbs, improved my overall muscle mass and learned how to eat healthy using macros. They are both super knowledgeable and know how to adjust an exercise program to fit your needs. The gym is superior in equipment, cleanliness and over all vibe. Whether it’s the online coaching programs or in person at the gym, you can’t beat it. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get healthy.
