Founder, Jessica Jamison, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and certified personal trainer who has been in the wellness space for over 8 years. She specializes in coaching and training those struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and disordered eating.

Jess is the best! I love my workouts with her. Each one is challenging but also doable (which is key for me!). She answers all my questions about health and exercise in a non-judgmental way which I also appreciate. I worked with Jess for several years, doing noon time sessions for a break from work, so I could return to my desk and nap. ;-)
Jess is a great trainer who covers all the physical bases, but more important, she listens to your reasons and motivation for working out, and provides appropriate feedback, as well as pointing out your progress. She finds new exercises to keep you interested and mixes them into the regular routines. Excellent mix of physical and mental exercise!

I’ve been with Jess for almost a year. Having a personal trainer is the best investment one can make. Initially I wasn’t sure what I was getting into, but I knew I wanted to feel stronger and more confident. Jess knows when to push you and when to back off because she is so in tuned with her clients. I love coming to the sessions because you never know what you’re going to get, and I always feel great at the end even if I didn’t feel motivated that day. I highly recommend Jess for anyone who is hesitant. Because of her I am more confident, and I am much stronger, which I didn’t know I had it in me! Thanks for being my biggest cheerleader!
