We enrolled our daughter, who is a pitcher, in the 12U Athletic Development Program to support her development. Jeremy has been working with her to improve shoulder and leg strength, and she’s really enjoying the sessions between her regular training. Her pitching coaches have already noticed a difference in her stamina and arm strength. Jeremy is great with the kids and he keeps the classes fast-paced, fun and engaging. Highly recommended!

Joining Rewire Health and Performance is one of the best decisions I've made! Jeremy is an amazing coach with a perfect blend of motivation and positivity. I am coming off of eight months of being sedentary following a major injury and surgery. As an older woman and new grandmother, I was initially hesitant about starting a strength and conditioning class, but I knew how important resistance training is for maintaining health and longevity. Jeremy at Rewire Health and Performance has been incredibly supportive, tailoring the exercises to my needs and abilities. A certified strength-training professional, Jeremy focuses on building strength safely ~ unlike standard fitness-oriented gyms, where injuries are more common. His expertise in resistance training has not only improved my physical strength but also boosted my confidence.
