I have been sending my daughter here for over a year now as well as some local cheerleaders I coach who were looking to fix their tumbling and gain new skills. Watching how much these athletes have transformed in such a short period of time is amazing. The level of coaching he offers to kids in the tumbling world in cheer as well as gymnastics is hard to come by. There are few in the game that can teach tumbling with proper technique, Dave is one of them. What was supposed to be a short stay in this gym with a few classes has become a forever tumbling home for my daughter!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dave, all of his staff and the facility in general. My two little ones attend the Step One program and have been in the class for close to six months and they love it just as much as the first day they walked in! All of the teachers for the Step One class are so good with the little ones (very encouraging, kind, helpful, and really help to teach some great skills)! We have seen some great progressions in their time in class so far! My oldest daughter has only recently started with Dave, but Dave has been one of her favorite coaches that she has worked with to date (being an all star cheerleader she has had a lot). As a kid working through some physical and other limitations, Dave has taught her tumbling skills that will keep her safe and healthy for the rest of her cheer career, he’s helped her find her confidence in her tumbling, and he has helped her find her joy in her sport again. We will forever be grateful to Dave and R&R!

My kids have been coming here for 5 years now. They are healthy happy kids because this is a go to place where they feel safe and cared for by the entire staff and faculty.

Easily can schedule classes, makeup classes, and private lessons. Front Desk has a concession stand with healthy foods and drinks to fuel the gymnasts. They also sell tape and pre-wrap for much less than local stores.

Where do I even begin? Dave and his staff are fantastic. They provide a safe, structured, encouraging, and self-esteem building environment for all their athletes and as a mom, I couldn't ask for more. On top of all that, the communication between the gym and parents is concise, informative and reflects just how much the gym staff care about their gymnasts. Dave and his team are amazing. My niece has been going here for so many years and her self confidence has been amazing. Her bond and friendship with her teammates is priceless for life lessons. The coaches there are so in-tune with the students and mold and grow with them, not only professionally, but personally as well.

My niece is turning out to be a wonderful human being. We were worried for a while! Just kidding, sister in-law! You're an amazing mom and I hope I am as good a parent as you!

That's why we are looking to put our daughters in that gym as well!

RNR gymnastics is the best gymnastics place around! My daughter absolutely loves it there! The new owners Dave and Candice Ryan are super friendly and very professional. It is a great atmosphere! I highly recommend sending your children to R&R gymnastics! They will improve with their training! Best gym all around! Another great feature about R&R gymnastics is that the gym is always super clean especially for a gymnastics gym!

For a year my daughter has been going to the toddler shadow class where a parent goes with their toddler. She LOVES it!! Coach Gabby is amazing and I’m so impressed with her. She is knowledgable, positive and patient. I’ve seen her introduce new students to our class during their free trial class and the kids are usually standoffish. Gabby has SUCH a way with kids because they almost always open up within the first 5-10 minutes. Among the staff, it seems like they’re a close community and get along well. In the time we’ve been at R&R they’ve done multiple updates to equipment and the facility to make sure their gymnasts are on the best safest equipment. Amid COVID they bought a personalized air bag thing to replace the foam pit too which looks like fun and it’s definitely more cleanly than the foam cubes that used to be there.

I would recommend R&R without reservation. It’s been a great experience so far and I’m looking forward to what results my daughter will get when she moves up in the fall.

We absolutely love R&R gymnastics. Our daughter joined over 4 years ago and has grown in many gymnastics skills. They’re very organized and the teachers are amazing. They’ve become not just teachers but mentors to our children. A special thanks to Sydney who has always reached out to me personally to check in if we’re doing well and offering to help us during family emergencies. She’s a sweetheart! I highly recommend R&R. The meet competitions are also a plus to be able to perform what they’ve learned with other gymnast in the New England area and more.

RNR Gymnastics is a great gym! My daughter started taking classes at RNR when she was 7, and has now been there for over 5 years. The coaches are positive and fun! The gym switched owners last year, and the new owners have made some great renovations to the gym during the past year. We highly recommend RNR!

My son has shown an interest in gymnastics since he was really little. We started attending classes at R&R Gymnastics almost one year ago. My son absolutely loves it. The instructors are all amazing especially the owner Dave and his daughter Cece. The coaches work very well with the kids especially when they all have different skill levels. With the recent new ownership changes there have also been significant changes to the gym as well. It’s my sons home away from home. He feels comfortable there and loves it. We are so glad that we found R&R and can’t wait to see what Austin does next.

Our 14 year old daughter has been with R&R for almost five years now, she started on the excel program and has moved up to Level 7 in the JO program. We love her coaches (especially Coach Cathy) and we are very thankful for the new owners who have put a lot of their own time, blood and sweat in to the gym to make some much needed improvements.

My girls participate in the XCel program at R&R Gymnastics, which recently changed hands. Dave and Candice wasted no time reaching out to parents and communication has been great. They have been making upgrades to the physical space since they took over. New spring floor, new mats, tumble track, pegboard wall, and more. My girls have been coming here for years, and have made their closest friends here. We are looking forward to our exciting future here!
