This is the best bodybuilding/powerlifting/ boxing 🥊 gym in the area.
If you wanna lift some heavy weights and shout this is the place. The staff were helpful and left a lasting positive impression while visiting on vacation.
I really appreciate Bobby from the front desk who helped me with my form.
The women’s locker room is clean and stocked!!

Great old school gym with professional working machines and free weights plus cardio. Morning worker is great and very helpful. Gym is clean as well. Memberships are respectful. They give short term memberships for people who are on vacation. Great gym.

Very welcoming! Very good prices and nice atmosphere. Might not have the newest and cleanest equipment or changing rooms but therefore a great variety of free weights mirrors and good lighting. Would recommend!

Rocky’s is a great gym on the cape if you’re serious about bodybuilding/powerlifting. They might not have every piece of equipment, but they have the right equipment. Super friendly staff and good vibes.
For powerlifters: there aren’t really any other gyms with squat racks and a deadlift platform other than Rocky’s in this area. They have a rogue deadlift bar you just have to look for it. Good luck

Great gym! I was in town for training with NOAA for a month and really wanted a place to lift for that time. Looked up a few gyms before this that wanted $100 for the month and their gyms were not catered to my tastes with a lack of free weights. I happened upon Rocky's and it was perfect. $35 for the month for a gym with dedicated gym-goers and and nice array of great equipment. I wish most gyms were like this.
