These guys are the best. If you want to improve your golf game here is a great place to start. They offer great structure to their workout plans and are able to adapt to anyone’s busy schedule. Personally as a professional I had to balance travel and practice with my workouts and they were able to help me without problem.

To say that my 14 yo son and I are pleased after the very first session with Coach Duffy is an understatement. The amount of time he took to first figure out my son‘s learning style, and then coach him with that learning style in mind was invaluable. We have been doing mostly remote training as we are quite a bit of a distance away from the RPS gym, however there has been no gap in his golf training. Coach Duffy is quick to respond, attentive to any questions that may arise… And it really feels like he is in our corner. We feel very grateful to have found Duffy - and look forward to working with him for many years. Thank you, Coach Duffy!!

Tim is an absolute miracle worker. After many years of football and other athletics, my knees and shoulders have been a mess. I worked with Duffy a few years ago and can attest I gained two clubs of distance in that year. After a long break I am now back, and doing it online. I have to say he does a great job with the online program, as well. While I'm sure I'll gain more distance again this year, I'll say that the strength sessions I have been on the past few months finally helped me drop into good numbers for my heart health. Do you love laying up, ill-fitting polo shirts and chronically injured back muscles? If so, then RPS is NOT for you. For everyone else, RPS is not only a great golf strength program, it’s a phenomenal strength program. Period.
I’ve been resistance training for over 30 years and the RPS program has fixed imbalances, addressed limiting weaknesses and improved instability better than any other programming I’ve experienced. This is my first ever pain-free golf season and I shot my lowest score ever. Coincidence? Maybe. But I don’t think so.
The coaches are knowledgeable, helpful and fun to be around. And they take their clients success seriously - whether your goals involve competing professionally… or just trying to age gracefully, maintain athleticism and bulletproof your body from injury.

As an older golfer, my goals are to maintain strength and avoid injury. I've now been working out at RPS for well over a year and can state unequivocally that Tim and Kevin have been masterful in keeping me healthy and on the course. When nagging injuries do arise, Tim's background as a PT kicks in and he's able to assign stretches and exercises to quickly address those aches and pains. Both Kevin and Tim actively learn and bring new ideas to the gym on a regular basis. That keeps things interesting and fun. Truly, there isn't a golfer in the area that wouldn't benefit from working out at RPS. And i almost forgot--I've gained distance too!

Coach Kevin Duffy and I were introduced in 2015, and immediately teamed up to reach personal and professional goals. Training with Kevin has proven to be the best thing that has happened for not only my golf swing, but my application of the golf swing in my instruction.
