Carolyn Purtell is an excellent trainer. I had been struggling with shoulder pain and increasing weakness for a year before I started working out with her - PT didn't help and orthopedics recommended shots and maybe surgery. She diagnosed the problem in one session and started me on a program that worked. I have full use of my shoulder again and am the strongest I have been in my life. She is also a lovely person and I actually enjoy my training sessions even if she kicks my butt!

Carolyn has been great for me. I feel much stronger now then I did a few months ago.
Carolyn is also very thoughtful and mindful of any pre existing injuries you might have. She always finds a way for a great workout even if you have some limitations.

Matt has been an excellent trainer and I cannot recommend him enough. He makes sure I always feel comfortable and supported, while also pushing me to get stronger and more confident in my abilities. He has so much knowledge about working out and knows the best way to go about gaining muscle that I feel like I am in the best hands. He is also extremely patient and flexible to work with, and meets everyone where they are at. As someone who was an athlete when I was younger but was diagnosed with a chronic illness and hasn’t worked out in a while, Matt has really helped me figure out which workouts work best for me and my body. I am getting stronger and have seen a lot of progress since starting my training with Matt. I cannot recommend Matt enough.

Matt is an exceptional personal trainer! He's not only incredibly friendly and easygoing, but also a true expert in all things fitness, strength, flexibility, and mobility. I highly recommend Bobby and his team to anyone who looks for physical well-being improvement.
I am a beginner with recurrent plantar fasciitis. I started my training with Bobby last summer and I loved every single training session since then. Bobby is professional, knowledgeable, focused, and most importantly, encouraging and caring. He designed personalized training program for me, which helped me lose weight, gain strength, and improve mobility. What matters to me perhaps the most is that, with all these trainings, running, and jogging, my recurrent plantar fasciitis did NOT come back!
In addition to training, he also gave good tips on diet and lifestyle, and it is always a pleasure to chat with him between sets.

I've been training at Rreal Fitness for 5 months now and I've experienced incredible results with my trainer Matt. With a combo of diet and exercise I've lost nearly 50 pounds and I have far more energy. This is a shout out to Matt at Rreal Fitness. I signed up for a free evaluation with Matt for strength training. I did this because I was experiencing a lot of pain in my back and what felt like tennis elbow every time I worked out. As a middle-aged woman I wanted to incorporate more strength training to get stronger but also increase muscle mass and tone some areas. I’d been lifting for over four years and hadn’t noticed a difference and was always in pain.
From my initial evaluation all the way up until I finished 12 sessions, Matt taught me how to lift properly, how to engage the mind muscle connection, how to use my abs and my glutes to get more out of each exercise. Today I am pain-free, can I say that again, pain-free…and seeing results and it’s amazing! I feel so different than I did just two months ago.
Matt is engaging, encouraging, great at explaining and demonstrating the exercises, his workouts are well thought out and actually fun because you don’t feel like you’re killing yourself and still getting results. Thank you Matt for being awesome and thank you Bobby for opening up Rreal Fitness, I feel like a new person!!

I've trained with Bobby at the Rreal Fitness studio twice a week for the past year and can't recommend him + the studio enough. I was brand new to strength training, and my priorities were a positive, supportive environment that was easy and convenient to fit into my week. Bobby delivered on that + exceeded my expectations in terms of how much I look forward to the training sessions, how much strength I've developed, and how much I've learned about different exercises and fitness in general. The private gym, easy parking, and highly experienced trainers (Matt is also wonderful!) make Rreal Fitness a wonderful option for anyone looking to invest in their health.

I have worked out with Bobby for almost 3 years now and the fact that I continue to show up to train twice a week, without fail, is a testament to the effectiveness of his workouts, knowledge and super positive personality. He as been great through the good times but has also unfailingly supported me through various injuries (none in the gym!) to modify the workouts appropriately and get me back to full speed as quickly as possible. Whatever your goals, Bobby will design a program just for you and do all he can to make sure you succeed. You cannot get better than Bobby!

I’ve been training with Bobby for a year now (1 year and 2 days to be exact) and he has changed my life for the better. I honestly can’t recommend him enough. His positivity is infectious. I can have had the worst week and after an hour of Bobby kicking my a$$ in the gym, I can’t help but smile and feel good about myself. As for the cost, I was a little nervous at first, but it has turned out to be one of the best investments I’ve ever made in myself. I promise you won’t regret it. His workouts are fun, effective, difficult and I promise you’ll never get bored. The second he can tell you’re starting to master an exercise, he changes it up and keeps your muscles guessing.
Over the past year, I have lost weight, gained muscle, started eating better, and most importantly, begun prioritizing my health and wellness.

Hands down, Bobby at Rreal Fitness is the best! Unlike other fitness people, he doesn’t try to push supplements or hard to follow nutrition plans. He helps you plan realistic goals to fit your schedule, lifestyle and overall fitness goals. Thanks to Bobby, I ran a 5k while 5.5 months pregnant. You are in excellent care being trained by Bobby! Several years ago, I trained with Bobby and was able to run faster and feel stronger as a result of his training.
Recently, I had the opportunity to train with Bobby again, and he's the best of the best. He has the most positive attitude and he created workouts that helped me get out of my fitness rut. After my 2nd kid I was pretty nervous to get back into weights but week over week I got stronger and stronger. With his help, I lost 10 lbs which is a big deal post 2nd baby. I always enjoy spending time with him and getting challenged each week. He has a unique ability to push you really hard but also encourage you and celebrate your improvements!. There is no one better than Bobby! The studio is awesome, plenty of space and great equipment to get the best workout in.

Bobby is the most clear, dedicated personal trainer you could ever meet. He pushes you but he also is your biggest cheerleader. I started working out right when the gyms reopened in 2020, I was very uncomfortable with the gym and with my body. With Bobby's help I have come from 168 to now 132, and I feel overall a stronger person. He emphasizes how it is a whole body experience. It is about the nutrition, the consistency with workouts and he works with you to give you ideas on how you can change your life to see results. He tailors all your workouts to your goals, he gives you workouts on your off days, he gives meal suggestions and he has apps that help you along in this process. I have since moved to Providence, RI, but I would absolutely recommend Rreal Fitness whether you are trying to take your fitness to the next level or are just beginning your fitness journey. My life has personally changed so much and I am so thankful to be where I am today and in large part that is because of Bobby.

First and foremost, Robert is an outstanding trainer. His knowledge of anatomy and physiology is unparalleled, and his focus on correct form and stretching has enabled my 68 year old body to remain strong and flexible, without any injuries, over the 10 years I have trained with him. He is also an exceptional listener who has helped me through several stressful periods in that time, which is truly above and beyond anything I ever expected. What's more, we have fun when we train.
