Coach Tory’s professional attitude and knowledge of personal fitness is bar none.

Over two years ago I was seeking a fitness professional who would not only challenge me but also educate me. When going to PT for a knee injury, Tory did a fantastic job designing a workout that complimented the PT exercises drastically reducing recovery time. I would highly recommend Tory!
