Sara is an amazing trainer. It’s very apparent that she loves and is passionate about her job and clients. She is fun and very reinforcing. She is great at listening to your fitnesses goals and pushing you to achieve them. She is the perfect balance between pushing and cheerleading. It’s been a year a a couple of months since I started working with her and I can definitely see significant improvement. I look forward to training with her every week.

Sara is great at assessing an exercise plan for individual goals and limitations. She is a great listener and I am really enjoying the workouts. I had a mobility issue with my shoulder and she was key in helping me strengthen that area.

Sara is the best! She motivates me and listens to my goal and helps me achieve them. Her workouts are always perfectly balanced to what I want to achieve and always different to keep things interesting. I fully recommend her to anyone. She is one on one so you have the whole space to yourself and her undivided attention. She does boot camps too so there is something for everyone. I feel much stronger and fitter because of Sara. She is passionate, knowledgeable, and great at what she does.

Absolutely blown away at the mental and physical transformation I have had over the last three months with Sara. She challenges me at every session. Weirdly, I feel the most comfortable in my body when I am training with her. I feel strong, and am determined to be stronger. I feel proud of things I didn’t think I was capable of doing. She maintains a gentle, supportive style of training but pushes you to reach your max in every moment. She focuses on the right form over how many reps you could get doing it sloppy. THANK YOU FOR CHANGING MY LIFE! ****sometimes Tito the Doodle joins your session and that’s really the best. Therapy and the gym in one!

One of the best trainers I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. She pushes you but only to what she believes you can handle, and usually it's more than what you give yourself credit for. An absolute force and I can't wait to see her again!

I'm writing this review half an hour after my daughter and I worked out with Sara, and boy am I feeling it! With just a few simple moves, Sara pushes me to do a full-body workout – arms, legs, core, back. I am *so much stronger* since I started working out with her a year ago. (I should note that I'm a 59-year-old bookworm who loves to drink wine and does not love to exercise.) Sara knows her stuff – I'm continually impressed by the variety of exercises we do, and she's great at explaining exactly which muscles we're working and where we should be feeling it. She is encouraging, cheerful, supportive, and just the right amount of scary; she works me hard, but we also laugh a lot. I can't recommend her highly enough!!

When I started my fitness journey with Sara, I had no idea what to do at the gym, I didn't feel great physically or mentally after a long hiatus, and I overall felt a little lost. Since training with her, I've seen a massive change in my overall health. She got to know me and my goals and tailored the workouts specifically to my body. She's taught me so much about form and given me the tools I need to go off and workout on my own. Not only that, but I've always told her our sessions are more than just working out. They're my therapy and I'm so happy to have found a trainer as genuine and passionate as her. I'm so grateful with the mind and body transformation I've gone through!!
