I started going to Seanfit back in April. It's been 7 months and I have never felt better and feels stronger than I have been a long time. I train with Sean amazing trainer , He has pushed me to achieve the best results.
This gym is truly a hidden gem in the South shore focusing on strength training with correct form ,they work with you to gain the results you want. Best decision I've made for myself recently is going to this gym. I can't speak highly enough of Seanfit and the great community. cheers!

I have had very bad lower back pain for many years. I tried PT, stretching, yoga, etc., but could not make a good habit of it and would inevitably injure myself and have to start over. Over the past 6 months I have been working out with Jack twice a week and it’s been life changing. Jack takes great care with my form and exercise choices to slowly and steadily build up my overall strength. My workouts are always changing so I am constantly challenged. I’m really quite amazed at how much stronger I am today. My lower back pain will never completely go away but it is so much more manageable. My mobility and strength are probably the best it’s been since my 20s. I am very grateful to Jack and highly recommend him and the Seanfit team if you’re looking to make real progress on your fitness goals.

SeanFit is the perfect combination of hard work and fun. I love the group class energy but really appreciate the personalized attention from the trainers. The group classes are a great way to stay motivated and get a good workout in. Also, the staff is very knowledgeable always making sure your form is good and you don’t hurt yourself. I have been training with Sean at SeanFitt for over 10 years. I love the energy and the accountability. Sean is like a hawk, he’s constantly watching closely and helping his members so they execute the exercises properly and with good form.. it is a group training format where you might be training with 6 to 10 people at any time. However, it feels like it’s personal one on one training. Sean knows all his members by name and he knows their specific needs, strengths and limitations. The staff and members are like family. We all have a great time. What’s more important than your health? Give it a good look.

I always look forward to my workouts at Seanfit! Each day we focus on different muscle groups so I end up getting a full body workout each week. The ability to workout at your own station allows members to go at their own pace and ability. You never wait for equipment to open up and you are only competing with yourself. I recently started working out at SeanFit and it has been one of the best fitness decisions I’ve made. I hadn’t worked out in over a year due to a back injury and wanted to focus on building my fitness back up. I started PT sessions with Sean who customized workouts to my fitness level, and within a couple of weeks my strength improved which gave me the confidence to participate in the group classes. The classes are varied and target different muscle groups each day. Sean and Kristin keep a watchful eye during the sessions to ensure proper form and keep you motivated. I started working out with Sean about 6 months ago after not working out for a year and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. Sean took the time to work with me to bring me up to speed for classes. The classes are fast paced and each one is different which makes the time fly by. Sean's unwavering support, even on days when I was not at my best, has been nothing short of inspirational.

What makes Sean unparalleled is not just his vast knowledge, but the passion with which Sean imparts it. Sean does not just instruct; he educates and empowers. Thanks to him I have learned to listen to my body, respect its limits, and continuously strive for a healthier, stronger version of myself.

SeanFit has been life changing , i wish I knew about Sean & Kristyn earlier and started sooner. So happy that I found SeanFit. Sean & Kristyn are attentive and knowledgeable. Classes are tough but you can modify exercises or adjust your pace to meet individual needs. I was a very active person but had some health issues that completely changed my ability to workout effectively on my own. Starting at a new gym (especially during a pandemic when you’re high risk) can be intimidating but Sean & Kristyn and the friendly atmosphere they’ve cultivated have made it a great experience for me. Best workout I have ever participated in.
Instructors are very helpful and class sizes are limited which makes for a good atmosphere. It is an intense workout and once you start you are in your own zone. The workout consists of weight training and cardio and when you finish you are satisfied that you completed a really good workout.
I would recommend joining Seanfit to anyone who wants to get in really good shape, and enjoys a strenuous workout, but also feels that they have pushed themselves to be in great physical condition.

I joined Seanfit in January 2022 and I wish I joined sooner! The classes and regimen at Seanfit are perfect for me. Love the alternating weights/cardio as I want to keep strength, but also increase my cardiovascular health. Took a class here while traveling in the area for a couple weeks and it was awesome! The gym area was clean and the equipment was all nice and relatively new. Class size was about 8-10 people and the instructor Sean was excellent. He took the time to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable in the space (most other attendees seemed like regulars). The workout was also great, intense enough that you are pushing yourself but not so intense that it’s not enjoyable. All around great experience - highly recommend!

The daily workouts consist of combining two different muscle groups for strength training and cardio which are challenging, energetic and kick your butt! Sean & Kristyn provide hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts which I find incredibly helpful to ensure that I have correct form to obtain the best results. I love going to Seanfit. I have been going 3 times a week for a little over a year. It is the perfect mix of personal training and community. Because of the small class sizes, Sean is able to watch you and make sure you have the correct form for each exercise. There is also a sense of community. Seanfit has been a great fitness program for me! Finally found a place that puts it all together for me. Sean MCbride and his team work with each individual client to find their strengths and limitations and modify the programs and workouts to fit. And this happens not just at the beginning but at every single workout. I feel so well cared for and almost like I’m having a personal training session with each group exercise program. In addition, Sean has provided me with modifications to account for hip pain and foot pain and workouts that I can do at home in between classes. For the first time, with Sean‘s guidance, I feel in total control of my diet. He has helped me understand the best foods to eat to lose weight and to maintain the weight loss. This has not only helped me physically, as I have lost 9.1 pounds over the past six weeks with his program, but also has helped my migraines Immensely as I have cut out some of the food triggers. The functional exercises we do at Seanfit make everyday activities so much easier. I was buying pet food and the cashier kept insisting I get help loading the 50 pound bag into my car, and he seemed very surprised when I kept declining.
