I been working with Cedric for over a year and he solved my initial problem pretty quickly with a combination of careful stretching and the strengthening of weak areas. Now, we're onto other exercises! Cedric knows his stuff and is a good listener and adjusts my routine (that he individually plans in advance!), if necessary. His gym is well equipped, there's parking and his other clients that I run into from time to time are also a pleasure. Flexible financial options. Great choice! Can't do better!!!

Cedric is the best thing since sliced bread!! Literally one of the best trainers I have had. Will build you a program. Tailor them to your specific needs. Pushes you to the max. Doesn’t let me quit even when I want to. Very focused on my technique and improving it. An all around just fantastic human. I joke when I say this but my top 3 favorite places are my home, Cedric’s gym and Whole Foods lol.

Cedric is incredible!!!! He knows the perfect balance of pushing you to your limit (if that’s what you are looking for!) while also being very cautious of safety and helping you avoid injury. He makes workouts so fun and comes up with interesting new exercises every session! He is super professional and knowledgeable but is also easy going and easy to be around. He makes graphs of your progress and gives monthly progress updates, which I love! Personal training with Cedric is the highlight of my week!!

I have been working out at Sets & Reps for almost 6 months, and I can’t say enough good things about this gym! At my initial consultation, Cedric took the time to listen to what I wanted to achieve and help me set ambitious but realistic fitness goals. I was immediately comfortable with the gym and staff even though I was new to strength training. Cedric explained everything to me as we went along and was really encouraging while I got the basics under my belt. The difficulty of the workouts is customized, so I always feel challenged but never intimidated. I have been making steady progress toward my fitness goals and have achieved some PRs that I never thought possible. My wife and I have been working with Cedric for about 18 months. We share a single 1 hour session, during which Cedric has us both doing mostly the same things as each other. Cedric will set up a program of sessions that lasts a couple of weeks and then change things up. It never gets boring or repetitive and gets more challenging over time as we get more in shape.
Cedric makes working out very fun. We talk about, well, anything and everything while we work out. His friendly, funny and open personality means that we always have something to talk about. We really look forward to our workouts. At the same time, Cedric really knows his stuff. He's often given us great advice about how to work out around injuries, aches & pains, etc.

Cedric is an incredibly kind coach! He is patient, but tough when necessary. I learned so much about form and the fundamentals of weight-lifting, which allowed me to continue successfully on my own. Unfortunately, I was in the middle of a transition period and eventually moved out of state so I wasn't able to continue. I would recommend him to anyone else who might be feeling lost on where to begin in their health and fitness journey.

Cedric is a pro. He is really thoughtful about the program he designs and takes care to pay attention to both your goals and things like past injuries so you make progress that's actually sustainable. I have been to a fair number of gyms, trainers, and group classes and it's really hard to find someone who knows what they are doing and can give good instruction and feedback. Highly recommend!

I've been working with Cedric for nearly 5 years, and this is the best shape I've ever been in! When I first started, I had never really done any weight training. Cedric takes the time to teach you each move and explain why it's important, as he has a focus on functional training that will improve quality of life. I used to have a lot of aches and pains in my back, which I now realize were because my muscles weren't developed enough to support my posture, and that's no longer an issue. Cedric also takes the time to customize a training plan based on his clients' health and goals. I can't recommend him enough!

Cedric at Sets & Reps is the first personal trainer I've ever worked with and I was initially apprehensive about the process before my first session about what to expect.
Trust me when I say this has been worth every penny, exceeding all expectations, and has really improved my general quality of life. I'm a former athlete with many years of contact-sports injuries that really plagued my body making me feel more like 52 than 32. Cedric assessed these very early on and created a custom program for me that really targeted my body weaknesses / old injuries at the same time as developing an all-around strength and conditioning program that has me in the best shape I've been in for a number of years.
Aside from exercises, Cedric also advises me on nutrition and general physical wellbeing (especially relevant while working from home).
His service represents exceptional value for money, but aside from all of the above he's just a great person to be around and keeps the sessions fun, engaging and varied. Would advise anyone, regardless of age or fitness background, to go see Cedric!
