At She Wulf, our mission is to help females, in all stages of their lives, build strong foundations and confidence inside and outside of the gym. While our primary clientele are females, we do not discriminate and everyone is welcome to train with us. Health and Fitness is for every body. Whether you are new to the gym or a seasoned athlete, She Wulf is here to help educate our members on strength, conditioning, mobility, and adaptability.

We offer a variety of services, including One-On-One Personal Training, Small Group Training, Athlete Strength and Conditioning, Pre & Postnatal Training, and First Responder Tactical.

I’ve been going to small groups for a few months now. I have drove by so many times taking my dog to “school”. I finally reached out to Coach Krys. From the first message Coach Krys was very welcoming!! Everyone in small groups are amazing as well! So encouraging and inspiring! Since joining small groups I see little difference in my body daily. I feel stronger everyday. She Wulf has made me love the gym again and working out. Highly recommend!!

I have been part of the small group for two months and absolutely love it. Coach Krys is extremely knowledgeable and supportive, and you really couldn't ask for a better group of ladies. I have already noticed significant changes in my strength and am learning new exercises daily. The classes are modifiable, and there are a wide range of abilities and levels. This is a workout i actually look forward to- could not recommend enough!

I always thought of lifting as something that was for other people: you know, the people who are already in amazing shape and look fabulous. I’d driven by the She Wulf sign countless times, and finally decided to check out the website. When I saw the beginning lifting series, I decided to take a chance and try it, despite being super nervous.
Working with Coach Krys has been AMAZING. I’ve learned so much about my body, the importance of strength training, proper form, and the why and how of what we are doing in the gym. She communicates regularly, and has been really helpful anytime I’ve messaged her with questions other times during the week.
Most importantly, Coach Krys makes me feel comfortable, encourages me and makes me laugh when I want to give up. I have already gained so much confidence in myself (in and out of the gym). I don’t really look any different (yet) but I feel stronger, and more comfortable with my body. I’m no longer looking at strength training as a way to lose weight, but as a way to be STRONG, which has been such an important mental shift. I am so excited to continue working with Coach Krys in small group exercise classes.

A Game Changer for My Fitness Journey: She Wulf Beginner Weight Lifting Series with Krystal.
After a year of significant weight loss, shedding 80 lbs, I found myself facing a new challenge: the struggle to maintain muscle and strength. This led me to sign up for the 6-week Beginner Weight Lifting Series with Krystal at She Wulf. I admit, I was quite nervous initially. With over 60 lbs still to lose, I harbored the misconception that weight lifting was exclusively for "healthier" individuals.
However, taking this class has been an absolute game changer. From the moment I walked through the doors, Krystal welcomed me with open arms into her team. I never once felt out of place or like I didn't belong. This inclusive environment has been instrumental in helping me regain a significant amount of confidence that I had lost in myself many years ago.
Krystal's approach is truly commendable. She takes the time to understand each individual's strengths and weaknesses, working collaboratively to adjust exercises and ensure everyone is challenged appropriately and safely. This personalized attention made a huge difference in my comfort and progress.
I was so incredibly happy with the class that I've officially signed up to join the She Wulf team once a week, and I genuinely cannot wait to continue my fitness journey with them. She Wulf is more than just a gym; it's a supportive community of women united by a common goal: striving to better themselves physically. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and empowering fitness experience.

Since November 2024, I have been personal training 2-3 times a week with Coach Krys. Despite being diagnosed with a back issue and starting training later in life (I am 50), I have been making steady and consistent gains. Krys is knowledgable, and shows a commitment to continuing education so she can provide the best in programming. She listens and works with your concerns or limitations to help you achieve gains, from initial contact to regular check in meetings. She also has created an open and supportive environment, the Wulf Pack, with online support and regular pack meetings to cover topics such as nutrition or just to socialize. Krys approaches your training holistically, providing support for you to make changes in your life. She was the one who helped me get my medical issues under control. Krys is engaged in the greater community, from providing a collection center for those in need to working with other businesses and groups in the community. Highly recommend for personal training, and I look forward to trying her small group classes in the future!!

I joined the Wolf Pack in November and have been to each gym session twice a week since then. I was really nervous to start as I had never joined a gym like this before. I am loving it and it's such a fun experience meeting new people and learning new workouts. Coach Krys pushes me each week to try new workouts and modifies if needed. I highly recommend giving She Wulf a try and joining the pack!

Coach Krys provides intentional and individualized programming that pushes me to level up each week to work towards my goals. She is so knowledgeable, approachable and motivating. Fantastic workout. Very friendly and welcoming. Coach K was very interactive and helped make corrections or modifications based on exercise abilities. The space is nicely laid out and clean. I never felt pressure to do more than my body was capable of. The other gym buddies were super sweet and it was a nice lunch time workout. Come check it out!

Coach Krys has literally changed my life. I needed a change from my boring old workout routine and I was lucky enough to stumble across She Wulf. This program is so much more than a workout. Krys has built a safe and healthy community of women that support each other in our individual goals. I joined at the request of a friend and since I am fairly disciplined in creating/doing my own workouts I had been skeptical, but even with that I find She Wulf to be a wonderful addition to my routine, somewhere I learn, redefine my dedication, and just generally look forward to each session.
