I originally started a weekly gyrotonic class with Shelia because I was having inflammation and pain in my knees and hoped I could avoid further deterioration and the need for surgery. The pain and discomfort resolved and my knee mobility improved with my sessions. When COVID interrupted my exercise routine, I joined resistive weight classes on Zoom. I could never have participated in an activity like this without Shelia’s cueing and reinforcing correct form and mind body awareness which I struggle with. I meet weekly with Shelia at the studio for an individual class. At are 71 maintaining optimum strength and balance are vital in trying to prevent falls and injury as I age. Shelia is totally engaged in teaching correct technique to ensure I continue to safely make progress in my exercise journey.

I have been working out here for 10 years. The individualized approach, both in group and private classes, is what I like best, and what yields fitness results. Shelia and the trainers are there for you. If you have a physical or medical issue, they will research the best way to work with you for the best results.
This is NOT a cookie cutter fitness studio.
Each client gets what they want & need. I do group classes of TRX, Core Cardio & yoga, bwhich are small, with supervision and modifications when needed. I also do private gyrotonic with Shelia, pilates reformer with Melissa, and a 4 person reformer class with Shelia, giving me a well rounded, safe, effective workout schedule.
My husband sees Ally for a private pilates reformer session and an early morning men’s TRX class.
The studio is exceptionally clean, warm & welcoming.

This studio offers many private and group classes ranging from Pilates and yoga to TRX and Kettlebell. The variety of classes offered is great. The instructors share a passion for mind body exercise. All around this is a amazing studio!
