Working out at Shift with Kris is an experience that will leave you feeling stronger, happier, more energized, sometimes emotional ( in a good way :) and always grateful for being able to move your body the way she motivates you to. No matter how you walk in, you will never regret showing up for class. Any class. I highly recommend Shift for a life changing experience like no other.

I experienced the best class of my life last Friday. I saw that Shift was supporting veterans and I decided to try this gym. I took the trial class on Friday morning and had the BEST experience. When I went to work after class I had the best work day of my life. Kris was amazing and made me feel so comfortable especially as a beginner. The sense of community and the mission of the company made me feel so at home. Thank you so much to Shift for providing me with such an amazing place to go. I'm forever grateful to you!

If you haven’t already, you need to try a class at Sh;ft. Kris is amazing and truly uplifting. The energy she brings to every class is contagious and makes you want to come back for more. I have been taking spin classes for many years and Kris is by far my favorite instructor. She has put so much thought into every little detail at Sh;ft and I’m so excited to see it thrive.

We love Kris and her classes! We used to go to her spin class at Lifetime fitness all the time. We basically follow her to whatever fitness studio she is at. We are definitely excited for her to have opened up her own space and make it her own thing. She is such a genuine and wholesome person who makes working out fun and enjoyable.

Love Sh;ft! Classes are just the right size with not too many people. All of Kris’ classes are amazing whether you’re doing spin or strength training. Positive reinforcement throughout the class with reminders of what you can accomplish while doing it at a pace your comfortable with.

Recently I joined this cozy new gym in Woburn. Immediately upon entering I felt that the energy was different. The people were so friendly! The owner/instructor, Kris immediately greeted me and made me feel right at home. I’ve been to those big box gyms where it’s all about picking things up and putting them down which is fine but I was searching for something more, a sense of community, a place where I could go and exercise primarily for my mental health. It had everything I needed from cool lockers, nice clean bathrooms, a water machine that you can add electrolytes and flavors. I haven’t even been there a month yet and I’ve already made some great new friendships. Kris teaches phenomenal spin classes! I always come away feeling up beat and energized for the day.
I am an avid cycler and the bikes there are top notch! The yoga classes are superb and my new favorite are the core and balance and Total Body.

I’ve really been enjoying the weight strength class and the yoga. I was a bit nervous going back to the gym after an injury, so having these options as an alternative allows me to build my confidence and strength to get back at some cardio. If you’re looking for an all around d work out with some really positive people and environment then this is definitely for you.

I absolutely adore Kris and her studio. This community she is building is one of warmth, joy and love for one another. I have found myself working out more in the last 3 weeks than I have in the last decade combined! I want to go back for more. Each time I leave this space, I feel my heart and spirit lifting more and more. Sh;ft is an amazing addition to the fitness/wellness industry! I’ve recently tried 2 classes-a Bosu/strength class and a cycle class. Both were exceptional. Your day becomes so much better after a session with Kris and team! Been working with Kris/Sh;ft studios on core/balance and weight training as my primary focus to help chronic back pain and overall core strength. She brought me back from being unable to enjoy my favorite hobbies to competing and placing 2nd in a 2 day club championship golf tourney. In addition having nerving tried a Spin class and the fact Shift offers this daily my husband and I tried it and were hooked instantly. As little as two days a week will have a great impact. It has for me. Highly recommend giving Sh;ft studios a try!

What a great workout !! There is something for everybody here!! Cycle , full body workout with weights, yoga and an amazing workout focusing on core and balance ! Coaching is fabulous.

I signed up for a limited membership at Sh;ft and after 2 classes, upgraded to unlimited. This studio is such a safe space, that I want to be there as much as possible!! Not only is it an insanely thorough workout for the body, but I always leave mentally more clear than when I walked in, which is so much more than you can ask for at a fitness studio. So grateful to have found Kris + Sh;ft!

Kris’s classes are so phenomenal that when I took her class months ago, I immediately upgraded my membership so that I could take her classes every week! When I found out that she was opening a sh;ft I jumped at the opportunity to join and take multiple classes with her! Sh;ft is a place that you feel at home and at ease while getting a great workout! I have been a member of Shift since it opened and I cannot say enough good things about Kris and her new fitness studio. I have known Kris for many years and her approach to fitness is extremely unique. The emphasis isn’t on losing weight but rather on becoming healthier both physically and mentally. The varied classes in cycling/cardio, weight training, core and balance and yoga mean there’s something for everything. But the best thing about Shift is Kris who genuinely cares for each and every person she coaches and reminds us all that feeling good and being healthy is most important.

Sh;ft is such an amazing studio from the second you walk in and are greeted with a friendly welcome. I’ve never done a spin class before and coach Kris was great about introducing the bike to me as well as being reassuring throughout the workout.
Most recently I took an UpShift class that was also so fun that was 25min of spin and 20min of strength training with weights. Highly recommend this studio you will feel so good afterwards!

If you are looking for a great workout with lots of motivation go check out Sh;ft. I'm loving the challenging workout and positive environment offered here. They offer early morning classes to focus on you before your day gets hectic. I have tried a few of the classes offered, from spin, total body, yoga (just to name a few) and after each class I feel amazing. Kris is such a great instructor with lots to offer.

I just took a ‘Rage’ spin class with Kris and it was a fantastic workout! I walked into class feeling tired and foggy and I left feeling happy and energized (and very sweaty)! I have been to many cycle studios over the years and this one is by far my favorite. If you’re looking for a gym with absolutely no judgment or pressure this is the place to go. Strength and Yoga classes too!
