This is a great gym. Lots of personality with each trainer. Great environment, high energy, good music. The ginger guy is funny I guess. Good workout regiment, results show with consistence. Just an all around great place with great people

Looking for an outstanding gym? Your search ends here. The pandemic turned me into an unmotivated couch potato. One day I realized I had to do something so I called Slight Edge, went over for a tour and signed up on the spot. This was almost 2 years ago, and I haven't looked back since. Craig, Kevin, and Matt are so professional and knowledgeable. They make working out fun and educational and motivate you to keep at it! Don't waste your time at other gyms, go with with the pros. I'm back in shape and feeling great thanks to Craig and crew. Slight Edge Fitness is the best!

My wife and I first started going to Slight Edge in April of 2022. We were both looking to get in better shape for our upcoming wedding. I signed up for the private lessons with Craig Kelly while my wife joined the small group training. Craig helped us achieve our short-term goal of losing weight and looking great ahead of our wedding. Initially our intention was just to get in shape for our wedding, but we’ve been hooked and it’s become part our routine. Craig’s coaching pushes you to step out of your comfort zone and helps change the way you see working out. We highly recommend Slight Edge Fitness and their staff to anyone who’s looking for a friendly atmosphere to get fit.

My husband and I are both north of 60 and training with Craig has been very beneficial for both of us. We have better posture, balance and are stronger. Those pains that occur as you age, back, shoulders, hips, etc are greatly diminished and I attribute that to his knowledge about what exercises will help us on an individual basis. We look forward to the challenges he presents us and always leave our training sessions feeling better both physically and mentally for having trained with him

My experience with the Slight Edge Fitness app and online coaching with Coach Craig Kelly has far exceeded my expectations. The app makes it simple and easy to track my workouts and helps keeps me accountable. I have 2 young daughters so finding time to meet in person consistently is very tough! This app gives me the freedom to create my own schedule. If you are looking for a trainer but have a busy schedule like myself, I highly recommend giving the Slight Edge Fitness online coaching a try!

I joined Slight Edge a few months ago and have had an amazing experience so far. Craig Kelly was extremely helpful while I was getting set up, and I have been working out with Coach Kevin Hock 2x per week. He is an amazing trainer who pushes me to get better each time. Kevin is very knowledgeable in the space, supportive, and I look forward to each session. After a few months, I already feel stronger and am excited about the progress I have made so far. I started training with coach Craig Kelly in January 2022 about 2-3x a week. At that time, I was about 9 months postpartum as well as coming off from an ACL tear. I am not new to working out, but seeing Craig has made a significant difference in my overall health. I was a person that was extremely intimidated lifting heavy weights and because of Craig’s encouragement, patience, and understanding of another’s capability- I am extremely comfortable picking up a 30lb. weight with ease. Craig is extremely professional, non judgmental, and easy to talk to. He does check ins with my knee to make sure I am not over doing it. If I could encourage anyone that is looking to work on their overall fitness, get ready for a wedding or feeling intimidated with heavy weights but want to start somewhere-I urge you to see coach Craig Kelly.

After following a path of being sick, weak and fat I realized I needed to make a change. Fortunately I met Coach Craig Kelly. He possesses the best qualities one would want in a coach: he is extremely knowledgeable, a highly effective teacher, patient, non-judgmental, methodical, maintains high standards, and encouraging. Also, he places a special emphasis on injury prevention. I’ve fixed or improved a number of health problems, including a total weight loss of over 80 lbs – Craig has been the cause of much of it. He sees you not only as you are but who you can be, and as a highly accomplished, world-class athlete and trainer to hundreds of clients he brings his significant experience and skill to get you there. I’ve seen the very high price of poor health, and realize the cost of getting and keeping good health is far preferable. I’m happy to give Craig my highest recommendation.

“No pain no gain”, an adage a trainer espoused at a gym I belonged to for more than 20 years. Over a period of time, the exercises caused persistent moderately severe spasms of my neck and shoulder muscles resulting in limitation of motion and chronic pain. I first met Craig at another gym who refuted the concept of no pain no gain. His coaching with progressive, carefully orchestrated exercise regimen led to gradual recovery. Craig is extremely knowledgeable in the science of kinesiology with custom designed exercises with meticulous emphasis on proper form. When Craig opened his training studio, my wife and I continued to utilize his services. I have been training with him for about 3 years and improvement in my movement is noticeable, all this without much discomfort.
Craig is a gentleman with endearing qualities and very respectful of his clients. I enthusiastically endorse his services for people of all ages.
