I love this gym! Working out at a new gym can be intimidating but not here at Snap. The staff was friendly and helpful and made me feel like I belong. Plus the owner Gianna gave me some great workout tips to help me achieve my goals. They have an awesome variety of equipment that a lot of gyms lack. If you’re looking for a new gym I highly recommend. Open 24hrs, offers tanning, personal training and group classes.

The folks that own and operate Snap Fitness Grafton Street, are simply top notch. The are professional, friendly, courteous, and VERY knowledgeable about their business!!!! The gym is a great place to work out ! ! VERY clean ! Great job !!!!!

I joined snap fitness about a month ago and it is by far one of the best gyms I’ve been a member of. It’s a smaller gym but it’s not busy rather a steady flow of people. It’s always clean and everyone’s is super helpful. (P. S. They’ve expanded since the previous owners)

The day after I signed up I received an email from Gianna (the owner) letting me know about the free consultation. After meeting with Gianna, I signed up for personal training with her. It’s the best decision I’ve made!

I’ve had 4 different trainers prior to her and she is by far the best I’ve had. You’re not just ‘another client’ to her, she truly wants you to succeed and will do anything to make that possible. I’ve felt so much better about myself in the last three weeks than I have all year.

If you’re considering getting a personal trainer, don’t hesitate signing up with her!

Very nice facility! It is a bit small and cramped, but they do have everything you could ask for. Not sure there are showers or even a drinking fountain, but they do have a tanning booth. I'll definitely visit again when I'm in the area.

Great gym. Small but you got everything u need. Not so many people so u can use multiple equipments at the same time. Matt is really a great manager. Thumbs up. Would go again and again. Highly recommended.

I absolutely love this gym. They have everything you need there and I never have to wait to use equipment. It's open 24hours too which is really good and there's no crazy contracts involved like with others gyms in worcester.

They are open 24 hours - which is super convenient! The place is always clean, very organized and the staff is super helpful. Matt is an awesome trainer, very patient and a great motivator.
Although this is not a big location, they have everything you need there and I never have to wait to use equipment. Love this gym!!!
