Lisa is like a therapist and yoga instructor wrapped into one. I started going to her classes almost 2 years ago and she pushed all the right buttons. She has a very calming yet informative style of teaching. My mental state and pliability has improved dramatically and she gains students for life. I would highly recommend anyone who is interested in starting up yoga. Sheβs the best in the business.

OMG - I knew my body needed movement, but Wednesday night's class gave me so much more! Lisa is absolutely wonderful, fun, gives great clear cues and offers a mix of challenging poses as well as modifications to either make them less or more challenging for whatever your body is calling for in that moment. I will definitely be returning and will only be referring to my glues as peaches from now on :) Thank you Lisa!

This is definitely my favorite studio in all of Boston/Cambridge/Somerville. The teachers are incredibly kind and their style of teaching is truly from the heart. The classes here remind me why I got into yoga in the first place. Thank you to the studio and teachers for making me look forward to my Tuesday evening class every week.

The best yoga studio I have gone to not only in Boston, but ever. It's super cozy, the teachers are fantastic, and the special touches included in the class price -- a yoga mat for every student, lavender towels, and a back rub during savasana -- set this place apart from the rest. The community here is also supportive and laid-back. Going to Monday night classes with Natalie and power yoga on Wed/Sat with Lisa became the highlights of my week. I recently moved from Somerville and miss this place dearly. Do yourself a big favor and try this studio!

Love this studio! Just discovered this gem on ClassPass, and went to two classes in less than a week. Both instructors, Jill and Tara, were awesome. Definitely some challenging poses that get you sweating but well balanced with mat work and more restorative / relaxing poses. The fact that the mats and props are already set up is so enjoyable! You can literally just show up and leave feeling your best.
I feel the studio is welcoming and encouraging for all levels. The instructors encourage you to do what feels right for your body and offer modifications to help with challenging poses.
The atmosphere is so cozy and cute, very relaxing and unpretentious but still feels like a luxurious experience. The essential oils and lavender towel were a great touch. Canβt wait for my next class!

Amazing class! Lisa does such a great job motivating you through the 75 minutes. You definitely get a little sweat on but you feel so restored afterwards. Great for beginners but can also be challenging.

Love love love Buti! What a workout! Plus best relaxation end. I learn a lot about my body and myself every time I step in and out of class.
