Ethan is an exceptional trainer! He designed a personalized program that helped me hit PRs within just a couple of weeks—something I never thought possible. He increases weights mindfully, always prioritizing proper form to prevent injury. He’s also incredibly accommodating—adjusting the program as needed and being flexible when scheduling conflicts came up. Knowledgeable, supportive, and easy to work with—highly recommend!

I’ve been working out with Ethan since January, and his one on one coaching is always highlight of my week. He’s not only incredibly kind and supportive, but also deeply knowledgeable about both fitness and mental health. On top of that, he’s beyond hilarious and genuinely fun to be around.

Before we started I was nervous about getting back into lifting and learning how to properly take care of my body, but Ethan made it super easy to ease back in and master proper form for every workout. I’ve genuinely loved all of our conversations along the way too.

I’d recommend working with Ethan to anyone who is looking to either get back in shape or take their fitness journey to the next level. I’ve learned so much from him over the past few months and it’s been absolutely life changing for me. I couldn’t have asked for a better trainer and friend.

I have had an incredible experience training with Ethan. He creates a custom strength and training plan for every client and his deep knowledge base allows it to shift to your needs on a daily basis. Over the six months we have trained together, I have not only experienced incredible progress towards my goals of increased strength and fat loss, but I have learned a tremendous amount about kinesiology. He takes tremendous care to not only help with proper form, but also to help you understand the purpose each exercise serves in reaching your goals. I cannot recommend working with Ethan enough!

Ethan Graves is an excellent trainer. I found him to help with strength training. Specifically, I was a newbie to compound lifting and really lifting heavy generally. I wanted to learn how to lift safely and better understand what a total body workout schedule should be/could be. My time with him has greatly exceeded expectations. We lift 1-2 times per week together and then I will have 1-2 lifts to do on my own per week. I can say at age 37, after ~6 months with Ethan, I am the strongest I have ever been in my life. Beyond the programming, Ethan just slays. He's funny, curious about the world, and cares about his clients. He will keep you laughing and rocking out all session long. Also, critically, he's timely and accessible - important traits in this crazy world that moves a mile a minute. Nothing but respect for Ethan! Highly recommend - 11/10.

Ethan did a great job of assessing my current fitness level and developing workouts that were challenging but not impossible. He is very encouraging and attentive during appointments, I came in with some mobility and pain issues and he was focused on helping me address the root cause of my issues. He built a fitness plan for me and designed a workout that I could do on my own to have 3 days of lifting a week. I highly recommend him to help you get a good workout routine going!
