Jill and Matt (the owners) are about as real as they come.
The Gym has literally everything you need. As someone who has been around gyms most of my adult life, it’s one of my favorite ever. If you live in the area, I would absolutely consider this gym. Everyone from IFBB pros to older people just trying to stay active and everything in between. Much of the equipment is pretty high end. Never over crowded and always incredibly clean.

I give it five stars because the people who work there are great. It's a great basic gym. Has most of the machines that one would want. The free weights including the dumbbells are good. There are good places to take a run outside. Every time I've used a treadmill or StairMaster, I don't use them a lot, they have worked. They supply towels and there's a steam room, one for men and one for women. They supply roommy enough lockers with keys. The showers in locker room area are pretty clean. There's a separate Studio to do aerobics and other kinds of classes and there are stationary bikes in there as well. In the studio for the classes, there are dumbbells from 2 lbs to 15 lbs, exercise mats, and Reebok steps, but there are no workout sized bars and free weights. Overall the place is generally well kept and clean.

Loved this place - super friendly and accommodating staff that always are ready to help and address needs. All equipment is there for any range of athletic ability and needs. Plenty of amenities including clean locker room and great steam room. Had to leave gym only for relocation, but otherwise would highly recommend to anyone looking for gym in area!

I recently joined the South Shore Athletic Club after taking a break during Covid, and I enjoy so many features of this fitness center, that I have to share this Google review. The equipment is top-of-the-line and always clean and maintained for the members.
The steam room is beyond fantastic after a great workout. The spin and fitness classes are also excellent and well-attended. You'll also find plenty of room and mats to stretch out on.
There are enough weights and fitness equipment to satisfy a college football team!
Finally, the vibe in this club compared to my old club Planet Fitness is much better. There are excellent personal trainers and the staff is super friendly and professional. Try it and you'll see!

Clean local gym with friendly staff.

All of employees of the gym are so nice and welcoming. The gym is very tidy and has all the basic equipment needed for a workout. Keys are provided for lockers as well as clean towels. Steam room is also great after the workout.

Very bad experience at this gym. When I cancelled my subscription they charged me three times the value of the month and they are still charging my card. Going over unnecessary disputes now. They do not want your well being but your money. Their young employees are very nice though.
