I LOVE working out with Sue as my personal trainer at Stella Maris. Her workouts keep me engaged and take the inches off! She is also a fantastic Zumba instructor. They’ve recently added more instructors so that means I could take Zumba every day 🤩 (if I only had the time!).

The best Zumba classes in the South Shore! If you a beginner, it’s no problem. It’s fun, easy, and entertaining. The teachers are incredible! I highly recommend Stella Maris Studio!

Stella Maris Yoga has been such an awesome find. As I am exploring my personal wellness journey I feel lucky to have found such a wonderful group of people to come together with similar passions. 🥰🥰

Sue has been amazing. She leads multiple Zumba sessions with joy and energy that is electrifying. Traci is so kind and sweet.

I have had an awesome time participating in fun and engaging workshops like Paint Night, Yin Yoga and Full Moon Sound Bath.

I really enjoy the atmosphere and camaraderie this wonderful place fosters and I am grateful to be a part of their Tribe. 🫶

Stella Maris is very welcoming. I have taken yoga classes and went to a sound bath. I enjoyed all the classes. They are very welcoming to beginners. I love my beginners yoga classes with Sabine. She is a lovely person and an excellent teacher. I 100% recommend. They also have classes like zumba and pound. 100% recommend

had a wonderful gentle yoga class today with lynn . she was very nice, the class was very easy to follow and relaxing! i am a beginner and i felt very comfortable. i definitely recommend coming here :)

Stella Maris Yoga & Wellness is amazing! Traci, the owner, opened her doors at the very beginning of the pandemic and despite its challenges has persevered. She has made the space both a very welcoming environment and an affordable spot. Traci believes that yoga should be made accessible to every “BODY” and that’s why you’ll find her pricing and packages so very reasonable. Both she & her instructors make continuous efforts to learn your name & meet your individual goals as a practitioner. Traci truly cares for each individual that walks into her studio. It’s always an impressionable and yet a soulful space. The atmosphere is extremely relaxing with candles, twinkle lights and great music. It gave me the vibe that you want when doing yoga; so much so I decided to enroll in her first YTT200 (yoga teacher training) Class last spring. I am graduating in March so I’m excited to see where this takes both me and my peers. If you haven’t, give this little gem a try. I promise you won’t be disappointed! 🤲🏻🧘🏼‍♀️❤️💫 🌟🐚
