We had a bad experience with one Instructor called McKenzie she was are very unprofessional! She picked favorites and would totally ignore my child all the time every class. At the end of the class they give the kids stickers or stamps. Today on the way out my daughter gave her both hands to stamp and she said out loud " MY ODC CHILDREN". Vert disrespectful and uncalled for. I mean she was referring to a two year old. While attending the classes she would call kids weirdos. She would also ignore some kids and only give attention to certain ones. This is not a professional! My oldest daughter did gymnastics somewhere else for over 8 years I have never encountered something like this before. We will obviously not be returning.

We have been enjoying the Sweet Peas program for a little over six months and couldn’t be happier! The instructor(s) are a knowledgeable safe space for parents with developing children and the environment is stimulating and engaging for my toddler age child. We look forward to attending classes weekly and the front desk staff are always warm and welcoming no matter the time of day or week.

My son started in the Jungle Gym as a 4 year old. After 6 months, he was invited into the Advanced Trainer then Pre-Team program. He will start his first competition shortly after turning seven. I stumbled into a gym for an hour a week to broaden his range and ended up finding a true passion for him. We are now at six hours a week and will be going 9 hours per week starting this summer. The coaches of the boys program, Bob, Liz and now Jon, are world class. Even better than the gymnastics is the culture. I can't say enough about the disciplined but positive environment. The Level 9 and 10 high school boys are extremely kind and supportive of the younger boys. With regards to the girls program, I can only attest to the smiles and trophies. You can't go wrong here.

I did gymnastics here as a child and had a wonderful experience. Now I bring my daughter here and it’s so special to see how much she loves this gym as well. She’s in the “jungle gym” and her instructor is great!

We have been going to Sterling Gymnastics for a few years. We participate in both Ninja and Gymnastics classes and camps. All our experiences with the staff and operation have been organized, friendly and professional.
We have been most impressed that the coaches are grown-ups with content training as well as teacher-training. Every coach knows the students' names as well as strengths and areas needing growth. Students are praised and supported and constructively taught skills. The pacing of the programs is well-planned and executed purposefully.
The actual facility has lots of places catering to waiting guardians with different needs - there are places for adults to work quietly and/or watch their children, as well as places to socialize with other parents and even a place to help entertain little siblings tagging along.
The front office staff and the management staff are top notch. They also know the students names and/or faces (there are a LOT of them to keep track of)! They are super friendly, helpful and understanding of families trying to juggle it all.
Financially, the prices seem comparable and totally worth the experience and training students receive.
Finally, there are opportunities to purchase themed merchandise and candy/snacks for the kids - initially, I was worried about this marketing technique, but my experience has been that the students are never pushed into spending any extra money. It's there if we need it only, which is a convenience, not a nuisance!
In conclusion, I HIGHLY recommend Sterling Academy. We have been to 5 other local gymnastics/dance operations prior to joining Sterling and it is, hands-down, the best!

My daughter is 6 years-old and she is on the level 2 team. My daughter started when she was 3 years old and we have had the best experience. All the staff and coaches are amazing at The Sterling Gym. Everyone always has a smile on their face and is so welcoming. My daughter has already learned so much by these wonderful coaches and we can’t wait to continue learning and growing. I highly recommend this gym for your child!

I highly recommend Sterling Academy of Gymnastics if you're looking for the absolute best gym for your child. The entire staff is welcoming and experienced. The coaches are some of the best in the country and highly trained - creating the safest environment possible, while allowing the gymnasts opportunities to grow and become the best they can be. Sterling Gym has become a second home for our child, and we are so thankful we are a part of such a wonderful program and community.

My grandson had his Star Wars Birthday party here. It was held up in the karate area and the kids had an absolute blast! The kids were to be young Padawan, in school to learn the arts of battle. The children had an awesome time, laughing, learning, being active, all while being challenged. The Master was great with each and every kid participating having a great time. My grandson loved it as well as the adults who watched. Thanks!

My daughter attended this gym for several years where she was on many championship teams and was even an individual state champion. She had an isolated one time incident where she did behave in a mildly unsportsmanlike manner.
The coaches did not speak to her privately. Instead they maliciously planned to and did deliberately humiliate her publicly in front of the entire gym. They gathered all of the boys and all of the girls of all age groups and deliberately humiliated her.
I cant think of a worse thing to do to a 14 year old girl.
These are despicable people who should be ashamed of how they run their business.
My daughter is scarred for life because of thier behavior.

We weren’t overly impressed. Our daughter attended for a few months to see if Gymnastics was something she would enjoy (she was with the 5-6 year olds). The first instructor she had my husband found to be rude and spoke negatively about her skill level (beginner) while in front of her - huge hit to a 5 year olds ego!! The normal instructor was much better, sweet and polite but with the amount of children she had to instruct it seemed like they were left unattended most of the time. I spoke with a few other parents and they all said the same thing. We chose not to continue there and to move on to a different facility in the area.
As for the gym. It was kept clean, the typical sweaty kid smell always lingering, we enjoyed that they had a “quiet room” and viewing tower. They have a small gym you can use but for $5 every time you want to use it it’s a bit steep considering the high price for classes. Staff at the front desk were polite but pretty distant as far as any type of conversation goes.

Front desk women are very mean . Not a friendly to kids at all. They only care about their time and money. I won’t recommend this place. I took out my nieces from there.
I have to say that staff who work with kids are kind and friendly . I only gave 1 Star just because of them.

Gym is like a factory with hundreds of children passing through everyday. Front desk is very cold and impersonable. Don't expect the owners to be friendly or to care about the children or the parents. They have so much business they don't care if you stay or leave as a result if there is ever a problem they don't look to work it out with the parents. The staff seems competent, however, parents don't know who is teaching the classes until the last minute. Instructors change from year to year. They are convenient in that they offer many classes at diff times and days, but if you are looking for a more supportive and caring environment look elsewhere.

THIS PLACE HAS EVERYTHING! Like truly everything! To do with gymnastics. This is THE place to send your child young or old to get that college scholarship for gymnastics. They have professional trainers that will get you to that apex level. They even have a ninja warrior setup! Wicked awesome!
